「Even if you cannot win in this ecchi competition, it is a natural thing. You don’t have to be embarrassed about it at all…. ne~? Let’s just let it out? Let’s stop holding it in? Just let it leak, okay?」
The interior of her womb was wriggling and twisting itself around my cock, she had a heart mark showing in her eyes and her expression was filled with lust. Mikura whispered in my ears tempting me to let it all out.
Several of her tails which were jutting out of her round ass was moving freely, and a really fluffy feeling was transmitted to my thighs and abdomen even my chest was being wrapped, being gently caressed by her tail it was almost cheating as the amount of pleasurable stimulus was only increasing.
I almost immediately came just like her words were enticing me to do so, but I clenched both my butt and my jaw to endure it best as I could.
「Al……Although it is a shame, even though I don’t particularly dislike being cornered, I prefer to be the one taking control…..! As if I’d be unable to make a mere woman cum and instead I am the one who quickly wets myself, this type of disgrace is not something I am willing to experience!」
「Nfu, if you think that I am just like any average woman that is easy to handle, you are being insolent you know? Well that’s fine, if you were to lose just like this, it would be such a disappointment to me……… Then shall I finally begin my piston movements? I’m going to start! 」
Nunu………. Nuruuu, Myuryu ruriryu bupu……..!
Along with these shameful noises, the lascivious fox raised her plump waist just right on the verge of slipping out of my cock that was covered in love juices.
Her pink pussy lips which was trying to swallow my dark red thing could be seen and it was an indescribably dirty spectacle.
In a single beat, she licked her lips whilst changing to a bow-legged position……….. and she began to perform very intense horse riding hip movements
「Nnha, Ahannnhaaaa! ho~raa horahora~! Just like this from the tip of your cock all the way to its roots! Guchuguchu and muchumuchuu……. Oneesan’s lewd pussy is going round and round~!」
「Uu, Ohh!? W-what a very vulgar waist movement……Kuuuuu!?」
Both of her hands were linked behind the back of her head as her fox-ears were wiggling. Mikura’s naked body was like a goddess as she incessantly twisted and wriggled herself from top to bottom. It almost felt like her whole body was some sort of ona hole that was trying pull my cock out of it just before plunging itself back in.
She was swinging her dancing hips in rhythm with her large bouncing tits, I could smell her sweat filled with sexy pheromones as it danced down her body.
Everything was compounding itself, and this visually appealing scene only added to my arousal, I knew that if I let my guard down for even a moment, I would ejaculate.
「Nn~ horaa hora, what’s wrong? Didn’t you say that you wanted to go on the counter-attack boy!? If things keep going as they are, you will quickly go byuu byuu and let out all that pitiful cum, you’re going to lose and shamefully wet yourself, look~!」
Buchun Bachun the sound of love juices echoes as it keeps flying and spurting out into my abs. I clenched my teeth together, and grabbing the bed sheets so hard they could seemingly tear, I endured the feeling of impending ejaculation.
Of course I was not merely trying to endure it. If that’s all I did, it would only gradually get worse.
Being inside of this heavenly pleasure trap, I stared hard at Mikura’s facial expression. I was observing it. I cannot overlook the change that will occur–!
「Nfufufu, you don’t even have luxury of being able to talk anymore? Then let me wring out all of your semen for you, little boy, let out all of that thick, hot semen into oneesan’s womb, fully cum to your hearts content! 」
Finally, this erotic fox was trying to finish of my cock as she moved her waist even more relentlessly than before, little by little I would adjust the angle of my waist so that I could search for that perfect spot to swing my hips.
In the middle of this, her voice became even more seductive as she let out a sweet moan, her golden colour eyebrows were slightly frowning as she began to look like she was enduring herself, I did not miss this opportunity!
「I…Is that where it is, oraaaa!!」
「Eh? –Nnniiihiiii!!? 」
I firmly gripped Mikura’s waist and returning the position of my body to hit that same angle, I swung my waist upwards with all my might!
In that instant, her expression totally melted as she slovenly thrust out her tongue whilst stopping her own waist movements completely.
Bikun Bikunn!! her vagina was convulsing violently letting me know how effective my attacks were.
「Oh…….Nn, Ohh…….!!? I-It can’t be, t….that place iss ahhh…….!?」
Naturally, it wasn’t like I just switched to the offensive randomly.
Just a little while ago, when I moved my waist purposefully, the tip of my cock slightly touched against her weak spots. It was one of her vagina’s erogenous zones. Although her reactions may have been unnoticeable as it was only very slight in change, it was not able to escape my eyes.
「At long last I’ve managed to find it, your great demoness-sama’s weak spot that is! If I tried to recklessly find this spot by swinging my hips, I wouldn’t be able to endure myself, that’s why I saved up my strength, and planned to go on the counteroffensive once I found the breakthrough point!」
「T-that’s what you’ve been aiming for all this time, b-boy……!? Yaa, Nnhyuuunn!?」
Dozunn……..!! Without giving her a chance to change her posture, I went on the offensive with my own piston motions.
I pressed and rubbed against her erogenous areas, furthermore I plunged my cock so deep inside of her womb as if I was trying to crush it with my hard cock, when I did this, Mikura’s mouth opened up and she began to let out a completely different type of slutty moan from her lips.
「Haaoohhhhhh, Nnnohhhhhhh!!? I-it can’t be, for a little human boy like you to discover my weak spot is………Ohhooooo!?」
「Oraa, as if I’d let you escape!! From here on out, it really is a battle to see who can endure the longest, I’m going to wrench it open, Mikuraa! I’m going to reveal your true face at the height of pleasure!!」
「Nnhiiiiiii, i-it’s continuously pumping me from beloww, pumpi……. Nnnahhh ah ah ahhhhhhh Ohhhh!!?」
I used the technique that I’ve honed to make Kirika, Nina, the princess and all the other girls cry and did my everything, my cock turned into a pile bunker that stabs her pussy-meat, again and again and again!
However, my opponent was a veteran with several thousand years of experience, she was the Immortal Fox Goddess. She won’t surrender just from something like this.
「N-not bad at all, a-as expected of the man that I have high expectations of………! However, I still have the advantage, boy, Nnhiiiiii!? All the way to the depths of your balls, I will wring out all of its contents with my ero ero manko!!」(manko = vagina)
She stopped trying to escape and instead she began to accelerate her own fluid movements of her waist in harmony with my own. Naturally, the amount of pleasurable stimulus that we both needed to endure skyrocketed.
As long as even a single point of life gauge is available when the opponent’s life gauge reaches zero, then it will be that person’s victory, this is what my instincts were telling me.
「That is just how I like it, I will also never surrender, I will be the one to drive you mad and make you cum! I will expose your ungraceful agehao face!! ora ora ora ora oraaa!!」
「Nnohh, Ohhhh!!? A-as if I’d lose just like thatt!! Nnnnuu~~~ Ah Auuuu~~~~!!?」
Both of our genitals were armed as they clashed against each other, the first to make the other bend to our will is the victor………The both of us were starting to lose any breathing room we had and gradually our techniques in bed were getting worse, it changed into this uncouth contest of stamina against stamina.
The fact that this was actually a dream world that was limited only by the power of one’s mind, was actually advantageous for me.
In terms of my actual physical strength and my ability to control my own body, I probably have no chance of winning against a top-class demoness like her. However, it is an entirely different story in this dimension and unless your mind is broken, it is not possible to lose.
「Hiii, Nnhiiguuuunnnnn!!? Ah t-the strength of your mind, exactly where is it from…… for a mere human being like you to be able to contend in my own spirit world which I rule over is, is…….Oh, Ooouuu ohhhhh!!?」
If you were to ask why I am different from a normal person, well that’s because I totally changed when I died in that moment.
I had decided that I would never have any more regrets.
I will never serve under another, be hindered by another, nor flatter another’s ego, I only want to live freely, I swore this to myself and I changed. In that case, as long as I don’t accept defeat within my mind, no matter who the opponent is there is no reason for me to lose.
Using this conviction, I suppressed this ferocious desire and instinct to ejaculate…… and this beautiful high-ranking demoness in front of me, I merely devoted my everything to think of her as a single woman in heat that I want to rule and dominate over!
「Uraa, oraaa!! If I continue just like this and make you cum so hard, at that moment that your mind weakens and shows its gap……. If I were poke at that weakened spot with all my force, don’t you think that my Enslavement Magic will be able to activate even at this place!? Am I mistaken!?」
「Ohhhhhiiiiiiinnnn, Nnnohhhh!!? T-that, don’t tell me, that is what you’ve been aiming for from the startttt!!?」
I scrubbed my cock the spot just below her womb, and I alternated between this pleasure point and her weak point continuing to push up against her, that’s when Mikura’s facial expression began to melt.
Just as I suspected. Although it was only a miniscule possibility, it seems that as long as I was able to overwhelm her spirit and mind and defeat her in this spirit world, I would be able to apply my enslavement magic towards her.
「Y….you really want, to make me seriously fall into depravity!!? So even this match was planned by you in order to ensnare this Immortal Fox Goddess with your enslavement magic, as a mere human being that is forgetting your position and being clouded by wild ambitions……..Nnn ahh Ahyiiii!!?」
「That’s obvious, if I want something I will make it mine, no matter who it is!!」
Nevertheless, Mikura was also fighting back with a strong will.
At best a human being can only live up to about 100 years, not only was I much younger than her, she wasn’t going to accept being made to cum by a greenhorn like me. This was the pride of being a demoness that ruled over everything, no this was her pride of being the older woman.
And it was then that a dreadful change occurred.
Michi michi….. her juicy soft vagina flesh wriggles and the tightness increases as it wrapped around my cock, it was like the shape of it changed to perfectly fit to the mould of my dick.
「Uuuohh!? T-the shape suddenly changed….!?」
「Nnfu, Nfufu…….! In this dream world of mine, I can change my body freely to a certain extent dawa……! So that it would perfectly fit and stimulate all of your pleasurable spots I made a slight change and shift to it, so I don’t think that you will be able to endure it like you’ve been doing up till now, little boy, zoooreee!!」
Nyuuruuunn……… Nyugurunnnn!! Nyuguryuryu, Buryururyu!!
Her perfect pussy was like a weapon of mass destruction as a violent impulse surged through my cock, she was squeezing it and gobbling it up, her ability to constrict and squeeze was reaching a whole other level.
My glans, the tip of my head, the frenulum of my penis, the blood vessels, the urethra opening of my cock, each of these extremely sensitive locations for a man was being pleasured incessantly.
This is bad……. If this continues, I will be driven into a corner and it’s only a matter of time before I am forced to ejaculate against my own will!
「Nfuu……..Nfufu! hooraa hora what’s wrong? The strength of your cock pushing up against me has declined you know? Even now your cock is starting to shiver and wants to cum, all of this information is being transmitted to me you know……!?」
「Uu, Uwaaa!? I-is this where the tables will be turned on me……!?」
However, little did she know, I still had a trump card hidden as a last resort.
I planned to use this when the critical moment arrives, even now I was pretending to be on the verge of cumming– while it may be true that I wanted to cum badly– I was also showing her an expression of hopelessness as if I’d already given up in order to make her become careless.
「Now then, although you’ve tried harder than I expected, it’s about to end isn’t it? To think that you would dare to try and win against me and then dominate me with your magic, I will make you regret having such an outrageous ambition dawa, little boy…….! Now, why don’t you let out your pitiful semen and just give up–」
I was waiting for this precise expression on her face when she thought that she had already won.
「–iii? ………….Nhiiiiiiiiiii ih ih ihhh!!? Ho, Hoeeeeeeeeee ehhh!!?」
slutty and vulgar…….. but a very erotic and attractive expression nonetheless as she broke down and showed me her agehao face. Her fox ears stood up straight.
I had reached my hands towards her soft fox tails and I had tightly grasped and pulled on her tail from its roots.
This is the precise special weapon that I refrained from using at the start.
「As I expected…… Palmyra and Flamia both of them are the same, and it seems that you demonesses have the same weak points: Your horns, your wings and things that grow from your bodies, these are all things which are in fact highly erogenous zones!」
「Ohhhh Oooouuu, Oohh Ohhhhooooo Oh oh uuuuuu!!? D-don’t tell me, you couldn’t have aimed for this from the startttttt ehhhh!!?」
Naturally she would be aware of her own weak spots and if she was guarded against me the effects probably wouldn’t be all that much.
However right now, her mind and spirit were being weakened because I was simultaneously cornering her weak spots.
Because I made her let her guard go down, and then made a surprise attack before she was able to anticipate it, it produced the most optimal result.
「Rubbing this hard lump of flesh at the base of your tail and at the same time poking your womb, how does it feel?! I will turn you into a slut great demoness-sama, take that! Submit to my cock and surrender yourself you perverted fox!! 」
「H-how impertinenttt, little boy you haven’t even reached 100 years of age, you are getting way ahead of yourse-……. Ohhhhhh!!? It can’t be, it can’t be like thisss Aahhhh!!? Ahiiii Hiigiiiiiuuu!?」
Tearing of the last vestiges of her mask, her tits which were dripping out of her kimono was being massaged as I traced along it with a circular motion like this “∞”.
At the same time, the countdown to my ejaculation had also started up.
Not only that, Mikura who was also on the verge of cumming used her flesh like an instrument, as if it was a creature in its death throes, it was shrinking and squeezing the semen out of my cock. When it comes to this, it has become a chicken race to see whether or not you can last a single second longer than your opponent.
「Ora cum for me! Surrender yourself and cum for me Mikuraa!! Having a man who you underestimated, use his cock to gouge out your vagina, you are going to cum hard!! Ora ora oraoraoraaaaaa!!」
「A-as if I’d cum for youu!! I’m going to be the one to draw out the thick soup out of little boy’s schlong with my noble vaginaa!! Nnnnuuu Ahhhnn fuuueeee~~~!!!」
While shouting out, I was pushing up my cock which was on the verge of exploding without stopping.
Whilst panting, Mikura was continuing to convulse as her lewd pussy was twisting and turning in order to wring me out and deliver the finishing blow.
Although each of them were trying to outwit and outlast the other, the both of them were working together to move their waists in coordination……..finally reaching the end of their strange unison, the both of them peaked to their limits.
「Ahhh, Ah ahh uuuwaa!? Ahh auuu no way, no wayy no wayy!!? For someone like me to lose!? I’m really going to be made to cumm………. I’m cumming cuminngg cuminggggg!!? NNohhhh Oh Oh Hooooooooohh Ohh~~~~~~!!」
「Kuaaaahh, Uwaaaaahh!!? I’m at my limit…….! I’m cumming I’m going to let it out, I’m going to paste it all over you………Kuuuuuuohhhhh!!」
Bupi…….. Dobyuururuuuu!! Gubyururuu, Byuruurunnnn!!
Byupunnn, Byupu Byuryuuuu!! Dobyu Dobyuuu!!
A muffled ejaculation sound echoed as I exploded over and over again in the interior of her womb.
Now thinking about it, this life of Sha Emperor’s wasn’t easy. He could also be considered to be an addict, not hesitating to turn himself into a puppet so not even Han’s dark vision can notice him.
Then, he gathered Gold, Earth, Water, Fire, the four big warlords and turned them into puppets as well. That way, when necessary, he could integrate all four powers into his body.
But now the situation was that he ran into the unreasonable Han, and his unreasonable power. If the four powers can combine, the godlike strength would be something no one can even imagine, but now they were all stolen from him!
Fruit Bat Now, Sha Emperor was just a regular soldier.
Without power, he can only go head on with Han. This is like an eagle having its wings broken, leaving it with just the claws, which is very hard to adapt.
Sha Emperor isn’t adapting to this kind of battle well, but Han’s already accustomed to it, because he never had those fancy abilities. Since the beginning, he would always take away enemy’s power first and then fight with weapons.
“Path of Earth! Ground Shattering Godly Hammer!”
The more Han fought, the fiercer he become!
Demon Strike, that’s his way of fighting!
The enemy doesn’t have power anymore anyways, he just have to exchange blows with him now!
As someone that started his career learning forbidden techniques, what Han’s best at is fighting with swords and blades!
And Silver Fox, Ghost Claw, Demon Claw, the three little monsters have also been around Han for a long time, so they already adapted to it a long time ago!
The little thing Silver Fox spotted an opening, and he went up for a swipe. It landed on Sha Emperor’s face and took off a piece of flesh, even exposing bones.
After taking drugs, the Star-Strangling Boa in Han’s hand became extremely fierce, each strike would slash down with a white light. Although Sha Emperor now had the physical strength of four warlords, but he didn’t dare to take the attacks at all, and he could only rely on his nerve reactions to dodge.
Han led the three monsters and chased Sha Emperor the whole way!
These guys desperately attacked like they had gone mad!
And this gave Sha Emperor a forehead of sweat.
The so-called Demon Strike was to attack like a mad demon, forcing the enemy to expose an opening. No matter how strong the enemy was, the moment he slips up, Han will make him perish!
Under the situation of no power, extremely few people could withstand Han’s attacks.
When Sha Emperor was facing Han’s Demon Strikes, he still exposed some flaws in defense, even with four warlords powers in him. After all, his profession was not a warrior, so even with the additional power, he still carried the weakness of a puppeteer. He didn’t have the tenacity and determination of a warrior, and his attention was also not very focused.
At this level of battle, any flaw will only bring one result, death!
Only 0.01 second of being distracted couldn’t allow Sha Emperor to dodge Han’s Ares-class weapon. The Star Strangling Boa slashed down from Sha Emperor’s right arm, even taking down half of his left shoulder.
Sha Emperor was stunned for just a second, and the Demon Claw’s sharp claw immediately penetrated his chest, the Ghost Claw’s claw pierced his tummy, and Silver Fox’s claw opened his throat.
Han then gave another blow, bottom-up, splitting this mighty Witch Clan King in half.
One of the Three Kings of Witch Clan, King of Puppets, Sha Emperor.
The battle finally ended. Han sat on the floor, while Demon Claw and Ghost Claw cleaned up the battlefield.
And Silver Fox ran far, found Fusion Beast #1, and took him back.
Fusion Beast #1 was definitely the definition of disloyalty. When the battle came to the end, he actually just turned around and ran. At that time Han was already fighting Sha Emperor, so he didn’t have time to control him.
Han was even too lazy to take a look at him, and placed his unsuccessful Fusion Beast #1 directly into the dimension ring.
From Sha Emperor’s body, Han took out a dimension ring of 100 cubic meters in volume, and dumped the things out onto the ground.
After a long time of rummaging, Han found a daily log and found out the truth
It turned out that Sha Emperor placed some mini-puppets on Earth, and when Han came back to Earth, these puppets got into his ship and spied on Han and Yuan Yuan’s conversation. Then, Sha Emperor came here in advance, ambushed the entire puppet army, and then remotely controlled his starship to hide.
Aside from that, there were also some notebooks on puppets. Han tried to read some, and he very quickly found some contents that interested him.
There’s a part of the notes that talked about means to make puppets loyal to him.
In a nutshell, Sha Emperor would make a little thing called the parasite puppet to be placed inside big puppets. That way, the parasite puppet could control the bigger-sized puppets.
This method was especially effective to humanoid and beast-type puppets. Because Sha Emperor wanted to keep their combat strength and battle instincts, he usually chose to keep these two type of puppets’ brain, and the controlling method would be just implanting the parasite puppets.
Han became really interested in what he was reading. If he could learn how to make these parasite puppets himself, then couldn’t he also plant them inside the fusion beasts? That way, the rebellious nature of the fusion beasts would be completely reversed!
Thinking about this, Han became very excited. He carefully stored all of Sha Emperor’s notes and data for a careful read later. Now, his skillset was already pretty mixed anyways, it wouldn’t make too much of a difference to add one more.
When sorting through other things left by Sha Emperor, Han found another sealed box, and it contains a black crsytal.
Han opened the box, and then hesitated.
Chapter on the house homies~
We will always try to release at 12 AM Eastern Time from now.
Discipline, bitches~ Chapter 236: Hand of Darkness
This thing looked like a person’s hand bones. The fingers and joints were all there. It was not made of bone however, but rather a black crystal.
Han became very excited, because he had already absorbed two pieces, one Heart of Darkness, and another Genu of Darkness.
“Could this be the Hand of Darkness? The third one of the Dark Celestial King’s Set of Seven?” Han mumbled to himself in excitement.
He quickly turned to Sha Emperor’s daily log and found the relevant content.
It turned out this this was really the Hand of Darkness, and it was something Sha Emperor obtained while traveling through the Memphis galaxy. It is said that two dark crystals appeared in the Memphis Galaxy, and Sha Emperor killed many people to get the Hand of Darkness.
The Heart of Darkness allowed Han’s right eye to activate special vision, and it also allowed Han to use the power of darkness in his attacks. On the other hand, the Genu of Darkness enhanced Han’s speed and stamina.
Of course, Han now knew very well the seven crystals left behind by the dark king had a huge empowering effect. After Han used the Genu of Darkness, his right eye’s dark vision also became more powerful than before.
In other words, the enhancement on an individual by the dark crystal must be assessed from an overall level, and absorbing additional crystals will enhance the abilities gained from other crystals.
Thinking for a second, Han took out a pair of black gloves from the Lunar Mark, with a metal texture.
This set of gloves were found together with the Genu of Darkness, but Han tried it on multiple times with no effect. It wouldn’t improve his attack, nor enhance his defense, as if the pair of gloves were not activated at all.
Now that Han had the Hand of Darkness, maybe after absorbing it, this pair of equipment that was suspected to come from the Dark King could finally be useful, right?
Thinking about that, Han stored both the hand and gloves back into his Lunar Mark.
Breakable He had previously only felt that someone was spying on him, and ended up catching such a big fish, killing one of the kings of the Witch Clan and getting such a huge benefit.
Hand of Darkness, Parasitic Puppet technique, and the location of the next dark crystal.
Memphis was a distant star system in another area of the Milky Way Alliance in the complete opposite direction of the Oblivion Realm.
According to intel, the Memphis star system retained a rare primitive religion in the Milky Way, and consequently, the most fanatical believers of the primitive religion. That is where the Witch Clan was based, and because the Witch Clan was loyal to all major countries in the Milky Way, their base wasn’t targeted too much.
Estimating with the star map, it will take more than a month of flight for Han to get there from where he is, so there wasn’t enough time already. Han still needed to attend the judgement arena that will decide his fate.
As for the Hand of Darkness, Han didn’t plan on using it immediately. Fact has proven that using the dark crystals every time was a hellish endeavor, so a deliberate decision must be made carefully.
Han quickly returned to Earth. The thought of using parasitic puppets to control fusion beasts was already making him very excited.
He began to study puppet techniques in his own lab in the Nazca base, completing shutting himself up and constantly experimenting with the methods.
Of course, Han wouldn’t forget to practice martial arts at the transfer station. All in all, Han was very busy every day,.
Continuously learning, continuously practicing, spending a lot of time to better himself, that was Han’s life.
Time passed day by day, and one day, Han finally came out of the lab, going directly to the bottom floor of the base where the molecular module was stored.
It was time to go to the judgement arena now, and the success or failure depended on his skills.
If Han wins, he will have the opportunity to be promoted to the final destination, or even get the Star Lord title, becoming an official member of the Dark Net Corporation, and gain access to unimaginable benefits and convenience.
If he loses, he might die, or may lose the chance to enter the deep level of dark net forever.
Han let out a long breath, opened the particle module, and laid himself in it.
The program was as accurate as usual. After a few minutes when Han opened the particle module the hyper teleportation had already sent him to the trial court.
On this open ground, there were some people. They had all arrived here too and were putting away their particle modules, and then following the signs to enter the main arena.
Han saw many strange people here. There was a guy whose whole body was blue, and emanated a dim cold light like a deep-sea creature, with two ears like snails.
There was also another guy, his face looking like an octopus with tentacles for a beard.
They were all intelligent species that came from Han’s sector.
According to what Han knew, the universe was divided into an unknown number of large sectors, and then there were normal sectors below it, and then small sectors below that.
The reason why Han can always meet people from the God Race was because humans and the God Race were the most populated intelligent races in the same small sector, and other alien races were really rare.
But this time, the judgement trial was at the normal sector level, so there were also many opponents from other small sectors that will be joining.
All in all, in the small sector that Han belonged to, all the intelligent lives were humanoid creatures, but everyone had different features.
According to the information Han gathered, all intelligent lives likely came from the same kind of spores, and for some reason, these spores were scattered throughout the universe, and after millions of years of evolution, they ultimately formed to the intelligent life groups seen now.
It’s also because they all came from the same spores, that all intelligent lives look similar, all standing upright with two arms and two legs, and the differences grew as they progressed through evolution.
Just like the god race, the genetic mutation that took place during evolution opened a suture on their forehead.
And these strange-looking people Han was looking at now, some of their genetic mutations were even more prominent than the God Races, but some other people looked just like a human, not going through any different genetic mutations.
It was a pretty interesting event to gather all these different types of humanoid intelligent lifeforms all to one place.
Han also found that not only the appearance of these people didn’t differ much, even their temperaments were quite alike. They all came here because they broke the Path of All Gods’ rules, so most of them were really rebellious and impatient.
But they knew that they would get kicked out soon if they don’t change their behavior, so all of them tried hard to restrain themselves.
Han also stowed away his Molecular Module, followed the signs, passed through a jungle and arrived at a seemingly endless plain.
People that came here couldn’t help but gasp in shock, because there was a big lake on this plain. It was boundless, like the ocean, with emerald colored water, crystal clear, giving people a very unreal feeling. Han even suspected that it was not water in this lake, but a specially blended solution.
Otherwise there was no explanation as to why this lake was so attractive, so crystal clear, and exuded a perfumed aroma.
Everyone gathered near the lake and looked at the lake in surprise.
Someone reached out their hand and scooped up some of the liquid. The texture of it was like oil, very slippery and dense.
With that, he vanished to begin the lengthy and difficult process of recovery. Chapter 841: Master, Save Me!
Back on the battlefield in the Wildlands, the Grand Heavenmaster and the other powerful experts stood there with very serious expressions on their faces. Bai Xiaochun’s mind was still reeling from the sight of that huge vine. However, the northern part of the Great Wall was too far away, so he hadn’t been able to see how the vine defeated the Celestial.
However, the Celestial’s enraged voice had echoed out to fill the Wildlands, and therefore, everyone back on the battlefield had gasped and looked over at the gravekeeper.
Bai Xiaochun had known before that the gravekeeper was powerful. But to see it with his own eyes was a different thing. Now, he truly knew that the gravekeeper’s battle prowess was at an unimaginable level!
“That girl joined forces with the Celestial… but in the end, they were both injured and forced to flee….” Suddenly, Bai Xiaochun swallowed hard. He wished he could run over and grab onto the gravekeeper’s leg. After all, his identity had been revealed to everyone.
After thinking about everything he had done in the Wildlands, his heart began to pound with anxiety. His actions as Bai Hao had caused countless people to hate him, and now that they knew he was the notorious fugitive Bai Xiaochun, there would be no shortage of people who wanted to kill him even more than before. In fact, if they lined up and took turns, it would probably take over a hundred years to get through them all….
“The only person who can save me is Great-Grandpa Gravekeeper…. I have to think of a way to get him to pay attention to me….” Muttering to himself, he took advantage of the fact that nobody was paying attention to him to start inching toward the gravekeeper.
Everyone else was still stunned from the shocking battle they had just witnessed. As for the gravekeeper, he sighed and declined to pursue the Celestial. It wasn’t that he didn’t want to; he simply couldn’t. If possible, he wished to avoid that level of conflict with the Celestial right now!
The truth was that he actually didn’t have very much time left….
He had been very reluctant to use that divine ability of his which inflicted eternal injuries onto the world itself. There were now five gaping wounds up in the sky.
And on the ground, there was a huge mountain, a river of blood, a golden cauldron… and a sun!
All of them were eternal objects. And of course, the gravekeeper knew that it was just as the Celestial had said; he couldn’t use that divine ability again.
The five elements of metal, wood, water, fire, earth, which were closely connected to the five yin organs, were unique, but were also classified as a trump card even for the gravekeeper.
“What a pity that I only managed to hit that blood-hair,” he murmured to himself, “and didn’t manage to kill him completely….” He looked much older than he had earlier, and his aura was clearly fading away in a way that could not be replenished.
The Celestial had laid a trap for him, and he had turned that trap around into a deadly ambush!
But in the end, neither of them had completely succeeded in their aims.
The fact that the little girl had escaped wasn’t very important to him, and in fact, he had let her go. He knew exactly where she came from, and it was actually a safety precaution to refrain from killing her. Besides, he had another goal in mind, and knew that he could get her to unwittingly help him.
The main thing he cared about was the Celestial!
Even as the gravekeeper sighed and contemplated these things, the cold voice of a woman suddenly echoed out, breaking the silence.
“You think you can get away, Bai Xiaochun!?!?” It was none other than Mistress Red-Dust, who had finally awoken from her reverie. When she looked over and saw Bai Xiaochun slinking away from her, she thought back to their encounter back in the labyrinth, and immediately grew angry.
Her shout caused everyone else to come to their senses, and all of them turned to look over at Mistress Red-Dust and Bai Xiaochun. A strange expression could be seen on the Giant Ghost King’s face. A glimmer passed through the Grand Heavenmaster’s eyes, and he looked over at the gravekeeper. As for the War Champion King and the Nine Serenities King, they both wore frowns on their faces. The only person who was smiling was the Spirit Advent King, and it seemed like a genuine, jovial smile.
Chen Haosong and the other heavenly dukes had unsightly expressions on their faces. Back during the shocking battle which had just played out, they had not been able to spare any attention for Bai Xiaochun. But now that the fighting was over, they thought back to how he had been using the name Bai Hao, and how he had wreaked bloody havoc all through the Wildlands. That caused gleams of ill intent to appear in their eyes.
Terror gripped Bai Xiaochun’s heart, and his expression flickered. Rushing backward a few paces, he cried out loudly, “Everybody calm down! I can explain!”
The demigods didn’t move, nor did the heavenly dukes. However, the rage on Mistress Red-Dust’s face couldn’t have been more dramatic. When she thought back to what he had done to her in the labyrinth, and how he was now her fiancé, it made her so angry that she couldn’t hold back from racing directly toward him.
“You owe me an explanation, Bai Xiaochun!!” she screamed.
“Zimo, you… I saved your life! I’m your greatest benefactor!!” Anxiety mounting by the moment, he backed up even faster.
Turning to the Giant Ghost King, he shouted, “Father-in-law, save me!!”
His words caused even more strange expressions to appear on the faces of the demigods. The Giant Ghost King cleared his throat in embarrassment and pretended he hadn’t heard. However, Mistress Red-Dust’s rage increased.
“Shut up!!” she shot back, accelerating as she headed toward Bai Xiaochun. Wracked with nervousness, Bai Xiaochun turned and started running in the direction of the gravekeeper.
“Master, save me!!”
When he said the word Master, the Grand Heavenmaster gasped, and the Giant Ghost King’s jaw dropped. The expressions of the Nine Serenities King, War Champion King, and Spirit Advent King all flickered, and the hearts of Chen Haosong and the heavenly dukes began to pound.
Even Mistress Red-Dust was caught off-guard, and lurched to a stop. Eyes wide, she watched Bai Xiaochun hurry over to the gravekeeper and then offer him formal greetings the way an apprentice would to a Master.
The gravekeeper wasn’t sure whether to laugh or cry. He looked at Bai Xiaochun staring at him in melodramatic fashion, and couldn’t help but shake his head. Waving his sleeve, he declined to say anything, and simply vanished, taking Bai Xiaochun along with him.
The Grand Heavenmaster and everyone else stared at the spot the gravekeeper had just disappeared from, their hearts shaking with shock. The fact that Bai Xiaochun had used the word Master left them deeply and profoundly shocked.
Chen Haosong suddenly felt profoundly nervous, and dispelled any thoughts of causing problems for Bai Xiaochun in the future. Although the gravekeeper hadn’t admitted the truth with words, the fact that he had taken Bai Xiaochun away with him explained everything.
Of course, the Grand Heavenmaster had long since come to the realization that the gravekeeper had taken an interest in Bai Xiaochun. After a short moment of silence, he transmitted messages to the four heavenly kings. Out of respect for the Hell-Emperor, they all agreed to keep the matter of Bai Xiaochun’s identity a secret!
The only news which would be allowed to spread was that the little girl had been impersonating Bai Xiaochun. His true identity would not be revealed.
After making the agreement formal, everyone departed. The battle which had just been fought had been too sudden, and too important. Troops needed to be deployed. After all, the fact that the Great Wall had fallen… meant that big changes were coming.
The last to leave were the Giant Ghost King and Mistress Red-Dust. Mixed emotions could be seen on the Giant Ghost King’s face as he turned to his stunned daughter. He sighed.
“Mo’er, I didn’t think things through carefully enough. About the marriage agreement… let’s just cancel it, alright?”
Mistress Red-Dust stood there quietly, looking off into space. She didn’t say anything. Her mind was filled with an image of Bai Xiaochun pulling her to safety in a moment of deadly crisis. Instead of just fleeing on his own, he had taken it upon himself to protect her….
Eventually, everyone was gone, and silence filled the lands. However, the five wounds in the sky were still there, and the vast gulches which had been hewn in the lands during the course of the fighting remained. The evidence of the world-shaking battle was still there.
Back in the Underworld River Restricted Area, two figures stepped out of thin air onto the bank of the river. They were none other than the gravekeeper and Bai Xiaochun.
Bai Xiaochun was feeling as nervous as ever. He knew that the matter of his identity had been declared a secret, and at the moment, he was clasping hands in formal and very polite fashion to the gravekeeper.
“Great-Grandpa Gravekeeper…. Um… it’s not that I wanted to trick everyone. You understand, right, sir? I, Bai Xiaochun, am a very kind-hearted person! I don’t like causing problems! I’m very well-behaved. I just want to get back to the River-Defying Sect. They’re the ones who all want to kill me. I disguised myself to try to be able to get home safely. Proclamation of Universal Grace? Inspections commissioner? Shakedowns? I never meant to do any of those things. Ai. Sometimes in life, you just have to make some compromises!” As he spoke, he kept his eye on the gravekeeper to try to assess his attitude. However, the more he went along, the more he really felt like he had the short end of the stick. He had just been going with the flow, which ended up forcing him to do a lot of things he didn’t really want to do.
No expression could be seen on the gravekeeper’s face as he listened to Bai Xiaochun. Finally, he waved his hand, summoning a black command medallion that he tossed toward Bai Xiaochun.
“The Celestial used Heavenspan Sea water to create a barrier where the four sections of the Great Wall once stood. No one will be able to get through that barrier any time soon. I am unable to leave the Wildlands, so I can’t escort you home. If you really want to get back to the River-Defying Sect, you’ll need to go through the Deadmire. And the only way you’ll get through it safely is with this command medallion.” Surprised, Bai Xiaochun accepted the command medallion. As soon as it touched his skin, intense coldness rushed into him. Clearly, it was some sort of precious object. Bai Xiaochun had heard of the Deadmire before. There were even some people who called it the Emptymire, as it was a location between the Heavenspan region and the Wildlands that was completely empty of all life.
There were only four areas where the Deadmire was accessible, all of which were near the Great Wall. With the command medallion he now possessed, he could enter it, and thus leave the Wildlands. Furthermore, it would actually speed up his journey back to the River-Defying Sect. After all, his original plan had been to cross the Great Wall, which would have eventually required that he travel back to the Starry Sky Dao Polarity Sect by boat.
The fact that the gravekeeper was treating him so well was moving. Obviously, the command medallion was no fake; if the gravekeeper wanted to get rid of him, he wouldn’t have needed to resort to some trap to do it.
“Great-Grandpa… you really are like my own great-grandfather…. Well, I guess I’ll take my leave now!” With that, he prepared to leave. After all, the Wildlands was a dangerous place, and considering that everyone was currently a bit stunned by who Bai Xiaochun’s Master was, it seemed like the perfect time to get away.
Of course, the Celestial’s attitude gave him pause. But considering that he was a very unimportant person in the grand scheme of things, it seemed unlikely that important people like the Celestial would pay much attention to him. Besides, he hadn’t done anything to offend the Celestial directly.
“If I just slip back quietly, it should be fine.” Although he felt a bit hesitant, now that his identity had been revealed, the Wildlands was definitely much more dangerous than the River-Defying Sect.
However, just as he made his decision, the gravekeeper suddenly started talking again. He stood there on the bank of the Underworld River, his hands clasped behind his back as he said, “Do you remember how I answered you all those years ago when you asked for my name…?”
“Huh?” Bai Xiaochun said, stopping in place and looking back.
“This world is basically a huge tomb, buried within which is a sovereign known as the Arch-Lord…. I am he who watches over his grave. The gravekeeper.” For some reason, the gravekeeper looked older than ever as he spoke.
“Upon that sovereign’s death, he closed the Worldgate and left instructions that only someone who cultivated his legacy all the way to the Mahayana Realm, a celestial, could open that gate. Until then, no one is permitted to leave this world!” He spoke softly, an ancient gleam in his eyes as though he were contemplating the past.
“A tomb?” Bai Xiaochun said with a soft gasp. Although he had learned a bit about the world in scattered bits throughout the years, this was his first time getting such a detailed explanation. The fact that the world he lived in was actually a tomb caused his eyes to widen, and his heart to race.
“His descendants became the imperial clan,” the gravekeeper continued. “And that is the origin of the Arch-Emperors, and also why this world’s true name is… the Arch-Emperor Realm!” The gravekeeper wasn’t looking at Bai Xiaochun, which made it seem like he was talking to himself as he contemplated ancient times.
“Were it not for certain unexpected events, this world should have long since seen an emperor who rose from the Demigod Realm to the Mahayana Realm…. Unfortunately, unexpected events did occur. A cultivator with spectacular talent created a new technique, a type of celestial magic. He forged his own path of cultivation, and eventually toppled the Arch-Emperor Dynasty!” Although the Gravekeeper was speaking very quietly at this point, Bai Xiaochun could tell that there was a touch of praise in his voice when he mentioned this certain cultivator. Obviously, that cultivator was so spectacular that he was deserving of praise by the gravekeeper. Furthermore, Bai Xiaochun knew exactly who he was.
“I was unable to interfere with the matter. In fact, there are many things that I can’t interfere with. I’m just a gravekeeper after all. I watch over the sovereign’s tomb, I tend to the cycle of reincarnation, and I defend the Worldgate. The first time I took any action at all was to ensure that the imperial clan wasn’t exterminated, and that the Joss Flame of the world continued to burn here in the Wildlands. However, the price I paid for interfering was that my time of existence was cut in half.
“That cultivator I mentioned spent years trying to find me. When he did, he asked me to open the Worldgate. He was illegitimate, so naturally I refused, but I did tell him the proper method to achieve his goal!
“However, the Arch-Lord’s legacy was not suitable for him. He came to me over and over again, and tried many ways to convince me. But in the end, he finally came to the conclusion that the only way to leave this place would be to kill me.
“Presumably, you know who that cultivator is. He is Daoist Heavenspan, also known as… the Celestial.” At this point, the gravekeeper turned and looked at Bai Xiaochun.
The gravekeeper’s words already had Bai Xiaochun reeling in astonishment, and yet, that astonishment grew more intense when Bai Xiaochun saw the gravekeeper’s face.
The gravekeeper seemed even older than before, so much so that he looked like he had just climbed out of a grave. He was very different from before, and fairly radiated a sense of weakness.
“I’m very old…. I’ve been around for far too long. I suspect that when that sovereign created me, he didn’t expect for me to exist for this much time. My original fate was to perish along with the opening of the Worldgate.” It seemed as if the gravekeeper didn’t mind the fact that he was growing extremely old at all.
“I don’t have much time left, so I decided to take action earlier. Unfortunately… not even calling upon forbidden magic was I able to kill him.
“Acting in the way I did reduced my time even further…. In addition, the wounds caused by the forbidden magic have pushed the world closer to the brink of collapse.” The gravekeeper shook his head, regret shining in his eyes.
As of this point, Bai Xiaochun felt like he understood everything. The gravekeeper was not just regretful for having failed in killing the Celestial in the recent battle. He regretted not having done so earlier. Because of the various limitations he faced, he had allowed the Celestial to keep living and grow into what he was today.
In fact, he had taken action today in the hopes of making up for some of those past mistakes!
“I knew from the beginning that I might fail to kill him. But I decided to try anyway…. The truth was that, even before you came to the Wildlands, I had already begun to make arrangements for what happens after I die.” The gravekeeper sighed and looked over at Bai Xiaochun.
“The successor of the Hell-Emperor?” Bai Xiaochun asked hesitantly, his heart beginning to pound. The gravekeeper nodded, causing Bai Xiaochun’s heart rate to increase even more. As far as Bai Xiaochun was concerned, if he hadn’t been able to put the puzzle pieces together, it would have meant he was a complete idiot. After all, it seemed obvious that the gravekeeper had noticed how outstanding he was, and that he wanted him to accept his legacy and become the next Hell-Emperor!
The mere thought of becoming the Hell-Emperor got Bai Xiaochun profoundly excited. However, he cleared his throat and humbly said, “Um… Great-Grandpa, the truth is that I’m not really that outstanding…. However, I can say that I’m ready! Uh, right. What does the successor of the Hell-Emperor actually have to do?”
The gravekeeper looked deeply into Bai Xiaochun’s eyes and said, “He will enter the Underworld River, and deliver his soul to the Underworld Palace. He will guard the sovereign’s tomb and watch over the cycle of reincarnation. He will defend the Worldgate, and refuse to open it for anyone who is illegitimate!”
Bai Xiaochun was a bit taken aback. The last part of what the gravekeeper had just said seemed interesting, but there was something a bit unsettling about the first part.
“Great-Grandpa, what do you mean by ‘deliver his soul to the Underworld Palace’? If his soul goes into the Underworld River, doesn’t that mean… that he has to die?” When he saw the gravekeeper nod in response, he gasped, and his face turned as white as a sheet.
“Great-Grandpa, er…. Look, I’m really not very outstanding. I’m just a regular person! I get restless easily, and have a lot of faults. If I’m in charge of the Underworld River, bad things will probably happen. Evil Emperor is Wild Consort It’s too big of a responsibility for a kid like me. Um… why don’t you pick someone else? I’ll… I’ll see you later, Great-Grandpa!” He took a step back, but before he could do anything more, the gravekeeper’s hand shot out toward him as if to grab him.
Bai Xiaochun let out a yelp.
“I’m really not the best choice, Great-Grandpa! Wherever I go, I accidentally cause huge disasters! I don’t want to cause a disaster for you! I–“
“Pipe down! I’m not so much of an idiot that I would pick you to be my successor!” As it turned out, what the gravekeeper had grabbed was not Bai Xiaochun, but his bag of holding. All of a sudden, Bai Hao’s soulhoarding pagoda flew out into the open and came to rest on the gravekeeper’s palm.
“The person I’ve picked to be my successor isn’t you,” he said coolly, “it’s Bai Hao.”
“Huh?” Bai Xiaochun replied, visibly stunned.
Next Chapter Chapter 345 – Advancing Forwards Pt. 2
The next morning, the four of them left Enchanting Village, and following Nicole’s lead, rushed towards the direction of this hidden valley. However, the more they walked, the more Suo Jia felt that something was strange; why did their surroundings look so familiar?
Finally, the air around them gradually turned chillier. As the cold winds shrieked past, Suo Jia recognized the place; wasn’t this near Icebound City?
Doubtful, Suo Jia hesitantly asked Nicole, “Um…Nicole, exactly where is this place you want to go to? What is it called?”
“Mm…” After some thoughts, Nicole’s eyes lit up and she happily replied, “Aiya, I just remembered. Outside the valley entrance, I seemed to have seen a stone tablet that had the words: Icebound Valley!”
“Mother of…” Upon hearing Nicole’s reply, Suo Jia couldn’t help but grow dizzy. Without saying another word, he turned around and walked in the direction they’d come from. Seeing this, although they didn’t know what Suo Jia was doing, the other three hurriedly chased after Suo Jia.
The party headed west and rushed to Blazing City. This time, since all four people were present, Suo Jia took out all the junk from his 9 interspatial rings and his main ring to store 3000 barrels of Blazing Liquor, enough for all four of them.
Then, under Suo Jia’s lead with the Diamond Dragon opening up their path, the four managed to rush to Icebound City in just four days. Aside from Suo Jia, this was the first time the other three had visited a city in the north.
After unloading the liquor at the tavern that Suo Jia had personally set up, Suo Jia chose a direction and led his group members back to Icebound Valley. Only then did Nicole suddenly realise that the path Suo Jia had taken was actually the easiest one.
After stowing enough liquor, the group of four left from the other side of Icebound City, and headed towards Icebound Valley from the detailed path marked on the city map.
It wasn’t very far, and the four soon encountered a large amount of magical beasts. These were different from other beasts; the magical beasts outside Icebound City were all ice elemental. When scanning around, there was absolutely no way of distinguishing what was snow and what was a beast.
In addition, Suo Jia felt powerless because, while the magical beasts here weren’t completely immune to ice elemental magics, the freezing and sealing effects were entirely ineffective.
However, although these effects had disappeared, the destructive power of the magic hadn’t. Ice Roar, the ice blades, or the rain of arrows from Hailstone still had their physical attack power. Although Suo Jia’s strength had been weakened, it was clear that it hadn’t been completely eradicated.
They pushed forwards with difficulty for an entire day, but when they stopped, they realised that they had only just moved a small distance. At the sight of the densely packed ice monsters, they couldn’t help but sigh.
In admiration, Roger praised Nicole, “Heavens, I really can’t imagine how you were able to charge through alone. Don’t tell me…these magical beasts saw that you were female, and lowered themselves to your level?”
Next Chapter Chapter 3 – Body Transformation!
Qing Shui dejectedly walked out of the Qing Mansion. Other than going to the nearby hills and mountains, he had no other place to go. Coming to this place, a place where he had visited countless times before, he looked towards the horizons, over the peaks of endless mountains and deep valleys, thoughts of suicide crossing his mind. However, every time he thought of suicide, memories of a woman filled with gentleness and hope would appear in his thoughts. He told himself that no matter what, he must persevere and live on. For the sake of that hope-filled gaze which belonged to his mother!
Qing Shui was unwilling to remain as a trash like this. The more he thought about it, the more anger he felt. When the anger inside of him bottled up to the point of eruption, traces of madness appeared in his eyes and he roared at the heavens. “Sh*tty heavens, I will never give up! If you want to suppress me, I, SHALL, SUPPRESS, YOU!” A voice filled with a thousand ounces of unhappiness echoed far and wide.
After yelling, Qing Shui deliriously chose a path up the mountain and began to sprint upwards. He wanted to vent all of his negative emotions, such as the dissatisfaction and anger he felt by exhausting his energy. He felt that he might explode if there was no outlet for release.
The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. Only sprinting a short distance actually made him emphysematous and starting to feel tightness in his chest; Qing Shui gritted his teeth, ignored his body reactions and continued sprinting onwards.
Aches in his body, coupled with the difficulty in breathing resulted in rivulets of sweat, akin to the flow of a small stream cascading down his face. This actually stimulated his will to persist.
“I will not admit defeat, I have to be stronger, I must endure…….” Qing Shui was already delirious as he haphazardly ran around for an unknown amount of time. He ran and ran and ran, to the point where he was no longer fully conscious. And finally, darkness claimed him.
Time passed slowly by, the skies had already turned dark as the moon rose to its acme. Cascading downwards was beams of silvery light, looking as gentle as an angel descending from the heavens, casting their shine onto Qing Shui. Qing Shui was still unconscious, his delicate body looked tiny and pitiful where he had fainted, halfway up the mountain pass.
Back in the Qing Clan, Qing Yi was in a fluster as she realised that Qing Shui was missing. She immediately went to the nearby hills Qing Shui frequented in an attempt to search for him. However, there were no traces to be found. Unwilling to give up, she persisted on to no avail.
Qing Yi returned to the Qing Clan in a panic and hurriedly ordered all of the servants and slaves to join in the search for Qing Shui. Everyone became terrified as they witnessed an insane looking Qing Yi display her power. Only now did they remember that she was actually an expert, her previous graceful and gentle demeanor had completely disappeared as she searched for Qing Shui.
At the moment right before Qing Shui fainted due to over exhaustion, there was an endless rush of knowledge and information gushing into his mind. It was as if a hidden door had been forced open.
Strengthening Techniques, Meditation Techniques, Alchemy, Smithing Skills, Hidden Weapon Techniques, Tailoring, Cooking, Hunting, Foundation Building skills and various other Craftsmen techniques . . . . . . . . . .
“Ahhh, aren’t these the abilities I had when I was playing [Western Fantasy]? Why would they appear in my mind now? Even more incredible, there are also detailed methods of cultivation! But sadly, other than this [Ancient Strengthening Technique], the others seem to be useless to me.
Qing Shui was very excited, in [Western Fantasy] , the human race had the highest capacity for learning. Those that cultivated to the pinnacle of martial arts could even fight with celestials and demons. However, he understood that in this world, there were no gods or demons; the strongest warriors here would only be able to instantly destroy cities with the wave of a hand.
From his experiences playing [Western Fantasy], Qing Shui knew that the strongest skills were not martial art techniques but were instead the complementary support arts, like strengthening and foundation building techniques. Even with no martial arts techniques, just by building one’s foundation, one could become invincible; that is if one practises to the zenith of foundation building arts and strengthening techniques. As the saying goes, practicing martial arts without establishing your foundation well, in the end it will all be for naught!
Qing Shui also realised that the names of the techniques, as well as their detailed description in ways of cultivating were all deeply imprinted in his mind. He had gained the ability to memorise anything he saw instantly!
Like a mirage, after the images of all the different skills from [Western Fantasy] flashed through his mind, a gigantic image of Yin and Yang appeared in his sea of consciousness!
An image of Tai-Chi! Or should I call it Yin Yang?
As the ancient dictum goes “After the chaotic world had been created, it was divided into Yin and Yang by the creator in order to stabilize the world”, Alright, Qing Shui thought, he decided to refer to it as Yin and Yang.
After this, the Yin-Yang image gradually shrunk to the size of a seed. Slowly and continually rotating, fixed in his sea of consciousness. Qing Shui could slightly feel that with each round of rotation, the symbol actually emitted a miniscule amount of energy. This energy flowed towards all of the major meridians, energy channels and organs in his body, slowly transforming them.
At this instant, Qing Shui felt as if his body contained boundless amounts of energy. However, he was confused. Didn’t I die from electrocution while playing [Western Fantasy]? Why did the abilities from [Western Fantasy] appear here today?
Could it be that it is somewhat related to me fainting from exhaustion?
Forget it. In the past I was a trash that couldn’t cultivate, no matter what transformation took place in my body, it cannot be worst that what it was originally!
Qing Shui was in a semi-conscious state. Despite feeling immensely invigorated in comparison to his past self, he was still unable to regain consciousness. He could sensed that the rotation of the Yin-Yang symbol in his mind would rotate continually for eternity. Qing Shui was unsure of the actual reason, but he had a very strong intuition that this symbol will change his destiny!
All of a sudden, he heard voices calling out his name!
“Ah, its mother!”
Heard Qing Yi calling out his name desperately, he felt a surge of warmth in his heart. He kept wanting to call out to her but was unable to.
“He is here, we found him!” Qing Shui heard an unknown voice calling out in front him.
“Qing Shui! Qing Shui!” Qing Shui heard his mother calling him in anguish. Even without looking, he could sense that her face was filled with tears and contorted by grief.
After that, he felt Qing Yi tightly embracing him; that familiar warm hug reminded him of how this beautiful and gentle woman had single-handedly raised him, causing him to feel very blessed but also gave him hints of heartache. He increasingly hated the guy who had abandoned her. Qing Shui swore that in the future, he would definitely redress this for Qing Yi
After some time had passed, Qing Shui slowly drifted off into sleep. Before that, he could still feel someone taking his pulse and hints of conversation between Qing Yi and others.
Qing Shui drifted off into sleep with a smile on his face, he had a feeling that the sun tomorrow would shine especially brightly!!

Both the symbol of Tai-chi and Yin-Yang have the same meaning, just differently named.
Next Chapter Chapter 4 Ancient Strengthening Technique.
Chapter 4 – Ancient Strengthening Technique
The next day, just when dawn was breaking, Qing Shui awoke naturally. He noticed that Qing Yi was sitting next to his bed, holding his hands. Hints of worry and exhaustion could be seen on her face, even her gentle and beautiful eyes had traces of blood in them!
After noticing that Qing Shui was awake, Qing Yi hugged him with a happy expression on her face.
“Shui’er, you’ve finally regained consciousness. Are you feeling alright? Is there any discomfort?!” Qing Yi ardently asked.
“Mother dearest..” Qing Shui tenderly called out, his heart filled with gratitude. Knowing that Qing Yi had stayed up the whole night just to accompany him tugged at his heart strings as bitterness filled his heart.
As he called out, Qing Yi could feel that there were hints of grievance and regret in his voice. In this world, as a male, if you could not hold your own against others, then no matter how much money you have you will still be trash! Even those of low cultivation would have the right to trample you. This dog-eat-dog world was simply following the simple logic of ‘might makes right’.
Qing Yi hugged her son tightly, feeling that she had somehow let him down.
“Mother, go to sleep. You must be very tired after staying awake the entire night.” Qing Shui could only adopt a child-like way of speaking in an attempt to coax Qing Yi to go sleep. Even so, Qing Yi felt warmth in her heart and could tell that Qing Shui’s intelligence was far above the norm. What a pity that he was unable to cultivate. If not for that, based on his high level of comprehension he would most certainly have been a genius. Not only that, he was ultimately the son born of her and that man..
But now… Sigh.. There was no use for regrets..
In the end, she was still coaxed by Qing Shui and obediently laid down on the bed. As Qing Shui wanted to get down from the bed to make space for Qing Yi, she reached out and embraced her little boy. Qing Shui nestled up close to her bosom and gently lay in his mother’s embrace.
Qing Yi promptly fell asleep. After all, she had been up for the whole night and was exceedingly weary. Seeing that Qing Shui was fine, she could finally relax and fell into a slumber.
After waiting for Qing Yi to fall asleep, Qing Shui lightly stepped out of the room, enthusiasm slowly filling his heart. Now, he was no longer the trash he had been! He felt that he had undergone a miraculous transformation. Maybe now… he could be like the others and embark upon the road of cultivation. It did not matter that he was slightly older than the rest when they started, as long as he had a inextinguishable will to succeed, then no matter how many obstacles there were before him, he would not stumble!
Qing Shui wanted to test his hypothesis. The moment he stepped out of the Qing Mansion, he started to run at top speed. At this moment, his heart was filled with trepidation, he was worried that all that had happened would turn out to be an illusion, and that his dream of cultivating would once again be shattered.
With only a single breath, he managed to run half the distance to the top of the mountain. Even though he was breathing hard, he did not feel asphyxiated, like in the past. There was a remarkable difference when compared to before! He felt that since last night, his body had undergone an extremely phenomenal change. After contemplating on it, he guessed that it must be because of that image of Yin-Yang which was now embedded in his sea of consciousness!
Qing Shui closed his eyes, slowly entering into a state of mediation. His spirit gradually going into his sea of consciousness where he saw the Yin-Yang symbol again. The Yin-Yang symbol was rotating relentlessly, emitting unending streams of energy, slowly transforming Qing Shui’s body and organs.
During the bout of unconsciousness yesterday, a lot of information regarding foundation building and strengthening techniques had flowed into his mind. He had already decided there and then that he would use them to strengthen his constitution. Moreover, as of now, he no longer had the same frail and delicate body from before. The Yin-Yang symbol in his sea of consciousness was constantly nourishing him with energy, slowly transforming his body. He was sure that alongside with his current physique, by practising the Ancient Strengthening Technique diligently, he would not need too much time before the quality of his body would become stronger than common cultivators.
Time flowed by quickly, dawn had already arrived. Looking at the sun slowly rising up, casting its golden glow onto the organisms of the earth, the freshness of the air in these mountains as well as the fragrance of the flowers and plants, they made one feel joy in one’s hearts.
Qing Shui tidied up the various information in his mind and decided to focus all of his attentions on mastering body strengthening techniques! The most important point of the strengthening technique lied in having a solid foundation. The toughness of his body and bones. As long as the quality of his body was strong enough, there would basically be no difference between him and the other cultivators.
Strengthening techniques formed the basis of a cultivator’s foundation, the technique that appeared in Qing Shui mind was one of the most ancient strengthening techniques ever created by mankind. It could even allow cultivators who cultivated it to it’s peak to clash with gods and demons. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that all strengthening techniques had traces of their origin come from the Ancient Strengthening Technique that Qing Shui was planning to practise. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that this technique was one of the strongest techniques!
Practising the Ancient Strengthening Technique could allow a cultivator to build up his constitution. The effects were somewhat similar to the rotating, seed-sized Yin-Yang symbol inside of him. The Ancient Strengthening Technique could also nourish one’s bones and marrow, refine the organs in one’s body, eventually evolving the muscles to become soft to the touch, yet at the same time also be capable of rivaling the toughest steel and iron!
This is what strengthening techniques meant. They could even greatly enhance the vitality of the practitioner!
Qing Shui tried to recall the details of the Ancient Strengthening Technique. It appeared that he could do so effortlessly, confirming the fact that he now had eidetic memory! The Yin-Yang symbol was also entwined with him, continually rotating within his sea of consciousness!
Qing Shui found a secluded spot and went over there to practise the Ancient Strengthening Technique. To practise it, one did not need to mediate. The cultivator only needed to calm his heart and slowly rotate the Qi inside their body.
Qing Shui started to analyse and fumble his way through the methods of cultivating the Ancient Strengthening Technique. After trying to do it for some time, he was still unable to form a single strand of Qi. Qing Shui persisted on as he knew that Rome wasn’t build in a single day. If it was that simple to become strong, the world would’ve already been filled with countless experts!
Qing Shui continue to persevere and continued attempting to form the strand of Qi over and over again. Each time he failed it merely motivated him to try harder and harder.
Gradually, Qing Shui began to feel numb. He had attempted this for what seemed like an eternity, but he was still unable to form that first strand of Qi!
After another hour passed, Qing Shui opened his eyes and realised that it was almost noon. He knew that he would have to return home soon, as he did not want Qing Yi to worry about him. Despite standing in this remote location for the whole morning, Qing Shui did not tired at all! He began to slowly jog back to Qing Mansion.
Upon arriving at the Qing Mansion, Qing Shui realised that the training session for the Qing Clan’s younger generation had yet to end. Now, while looking at them practising their close combat skills and swordplay, he felt nothing. The previous feelings of envy and jealousy he got while watching them had now been replaced with the determination to become even stronger than them!
After entering the courtyard, he bumped into Qing Luo. “Qing Shui, did you go out to play again? You should rest at home more and nurse your body back to health!” Qing Luo gently rebuked him.
“Grandpa, I was just taking a stroll near the entrance of the Qing Mansion, do not worry about me, I am completely fine!” Qing Shui knew that his grandfather was truly worried for him.
“En, you must be more careful. Today, I sent someone to Hundred Miles City to purchase the stalk of a 100 year old purple ginseng. We will boil and extract it’s essence so that you can have it for dinner tonight!” Qing Luo said with a doting gaze in his eyes.
Qing Luo could also tell that Qing Shui had exceptional intelligence. Every sentence of his was spoken with both clarity and intent, he was almost like an adult in terms of mentality. What a waste it was that he was unable to cultivate.. Qing Luo sighed..
Next Chapter Ancient Strengthening Technique: Chapter 5 – Qing Shui Cultivates!
These days were very peaceful, despite the fact that he was still unable to form that single strand of Qi, Qing Shui was still practising the Ancient Strengthening Technique relentlessly. He believed that he would succeed sooner or later.
The Yin-Yang symbol within his sea of consciousness was constantly nourishing his body, Qing Shui could feel his constitution slowly improving. The improvements did not refer to his muscles but to his bones and organs getting tougher!
Qing Shui still looked small and weak. However, amidst his skinny and delicate body frame one could now sense a hint of vitality that was not there before! The sense of charm inside his eyes had also grown to the point where it held a hint of profoundness.
Qing Shui knew that he should disclose his current body condition, letting them know that he had rebuilt his constitution and could begin to practise martial arts. Initially, Qing Shui planned to keep this a secret, but he longed for the day where the hope in Qing Yi’s eyes would be realised. Therefore, Qing Shui decided to tell Qing Yi the truth.
As he returned from the mountains, inside the courtyard of the Qing Mansion, the clan members from the 3rd generation were all zealously practising the Qing Clan secret technique – Blue Lotus Art
Due to Qing Shui being unable to cultivate for several years there was now a considerable distance between him and the other clan members, so they no longer cared when they saw this “trash” walk by.
At the innermost section of the Qing Mansion.
Qing Yi was standing at the house entrance. This was the place where both mother and son had stayed all of their life. There was a small garden here, completely filled with plants and flowers as well as a medium sized lake with azure coloured carps swimming around leisurely. It gave people a rustic feeling as they gazed at this place.
Qing Yi was standing by the lake side, her beautiful face alongside her gentle and graceful demeanour gave off a sense of beauty that could only be described as sinking fishes falling birds . At this moment it was as if Qing Yi was a perfect portrait of beauty! However, there were moments where one could sense sadness emanating out as she stood there.
Qing Shui already saw his mother from a distance away, this is the umpteenth times he saw Qing Yi standing in the exact same position. “Sigh… but what can I do now?” To attain her wish, I must first become stronger… Much stronger than I am currently.
At the age of 1, Qing Shui could already understand the things people said around him. Qing Yi naturally didn’t know this and would often sigh and talk to him about her secrets as a form of release when Qing Shui was still an infant.
Qing Shui covertly sneaked out before he shouting in a loud voice “Mother, I am back, I have recovered, I am fine now!!” He did not want Qing Yi to know that he had witnessed her despair earlier. He felt that this despair of hers was too personal for him to encroach upon, therefore Qing Shui decided to loudly announce his arrival so that Qing Yi could notice him.
It was just as he thought, once Qing Yi heard his voice her expressions instantly changed, greeting him with a smile on her face with no signs of her earlier melancholy.
Qing Shui felt a stab of pain in his heart. “Mother suffered so much, but in order not to let me worry, she always pretended to be happy in front of me. Only in the middle of the night, when there was no one around, would she finally cry out.”
“Mother, I have completely recovered! I can now cultivate!” Qing Shui happily smiled.
Qing Shui could see traces of happiness and the once extinguished hope rekindle in Qing Yi eyes!
“Did you do anything forbidden? Do not make me worry Qing Shui, I just want you to be happy..” Qing Yi slightly berated Qing Shui, because from her expert opinion it was almost impossible for Qing Shui to recover. There was almost no way for him to start cultivating because of his weak heart.
Qing Shui knew that it wouldn’t be that easy for Qing Yi to believe in it.
Bei Moi’s aura was even more powerful than before, proving that he had reached the ninth rank. Compared to when he was at the eighth rank, he was now twice as strong.
Under the analysis of his left eye, Zhao Feng concluded that Bei Moi’s strength was close to a half-step Holy martial artist. This meant that Bei Moi’s strength had surpassed Ye Linyun and Third Guard, and almost no one was his match under the Holy martial rank.
Lord Guanjun and Bei Moi didn’t really mind that Zhao Feng was late. Lord Guanjun and Bei Moi, the master and disciple, were the focus of the banquet. Lord Guanjun smiled happily as he looked at Bei Moi with care, love, and expectation.
Compared to him the other disciples such as Nan Gongfan, Zhao Feng, and Yang Qingshan were like the leaves of a flower.
“There’s still one month till the entrance examination of the Broken Moon Clan. Disciple here will definitely fulfill Master’s wish,” Bei Moi promised, he could feel the expectation and care from Lord Guanjun.
“You’re Master’s best disciple and I believe that you can walk even further after entering the clan,” Lord Guanjun nodded his head, smiling.
The banquet had come to the end, leaving behind Lord Guanjun and his six disciples. Even people such as Ye Linyun had retreated, which made Zhao Feng think that Lord Guanjun was going to say something important to his disciples.
“You all know that there’s still one month till the entrance examination of the Broken Moon Clan and Master here only has 3 recommendations. In ten days time, I will choose 3 people depending on your strength and potential,” Lord Guanjun went straight into the topic.
Everyone’s heart shook when they heard this. Even though they all had the same master, they needed to fight one another for the 3 spots.
6 people, 3 recommendations!
In the midst of them, Bei Moi easily took up one spot. This meant that out of Yang Qingshan, Nan Gongfan, Feng Hanyue, Zhao Feng, and Zhao Yufei, only two of them would be chosen. When the Nepalese youth woke up, he saw Lei Yin standing with the two men and talking to them.
“You, you finally came.” The youth was pleasantly surprised, and immediately crawled out of the bed.
“How are you, is there any part of your body that feels uncomfortable?” Lei Yin turned to look at him.
The youth shook his head, “When did you arrive?”
“I just came, are you hungry? Let’s eat first.” Lei Yin received a lunch box from one of the men.
The youth hadn’t eaten all day, and he was really hungry. So, after opening the lunch box, he gobbled it all up.
“You two go outside, I have something to talk about with him.” Lei Yin said to the two men.
After saluting him, the two men left the room.
After waiting for him to finish eating, Lei Yin said to the youth: “Ji Teba, there is something I want to ask you.”
Invincible Conqueror What is it?” The youth put down the teacup in his hand.
“Do you still remember what happened at noon?”
“I don’t remember.” The youth didn’t dare look at his eyes.
“Ji Teba, there are some things that can’t be resolved as long as it is buried. In your present situation, even if you return to Nepal, what use would it be?”
“I, I really don’t know what you’re saying?”
“Don’t tell me you don’t remember losing your mind. Also, don’t tell me that, that thing of yours is inborn.” Lei Yin suddenly tore off his clothes.
The youth suddenly screamed, and immediately jumped away from Lei Yin. Heading straight towards the bed, he covered his body with the bed sheet.
Seeing the youth looking at him with a very terrified look, Lei Yin didn’t stop and instead walked towards him.
Seeing that Lei Yin was getting closer to him, the youth shrunk his head like a wounded beast and started roaring loudly.
When Lei Yin was at his side, he instantly moved his finger towards several of his meridian, immediately stopping the youth’s squeals. Then, Lei Yin grasped his head with both of his hands to make him face him.
“You listen to me, you’ll only tell me the things that happened to you without excluding anything, I have a way to help you. Otherwise, you’ll never be a normal person again.” Lei Yin said loudly to him.
The youth was awed by how loud his voice was, and could only stare at him.
Taking advantage of this opportunity, Lei Yin continued: “You’ll have to believe me, maybe I can help you restore your original appearance.”
Hearing the words “Restore your original appearance”, the youth’s eyes revealed some anger.
He tried to speak with his mouth opened, but couldn’t say anything.
Seeing that he had something to say to him, Lei Yin immediately touched his meridians.
“You…you can really change me back to how I looked before?” Tears were streaming down the youth’s face, as he looked at Lei Yin.
“Although I can’t guarantee it, but I’ll help you with everything I have.”
The youth began to calm down, and the startled look in his eyes disappeared.
“My body can turn into this, it was created by those bad people.” The youth finally, slowly, began to talk.
“Are you referring to those people wearing white clothes?”
Hearing those men with white clothes, a frightened expression appeared was on Ji Teba’s face, and he then nodded.
After 10 minutes of telling his painful story, the youth collapsed on his knees as he tried to stand up.
“So, if you didn’t take the medicine they give you in a certain period of time, you’ll go mad?” Lei Yin asked.
“I’m not sure, I only know that if we don’t eat those pills, my body would sometimes become very hot, just like when you have fever. And then, at the time when I woke up, I had already become a mess, and my fingers, as wells as my lips, were bleeding. I think it’s due to my own doings.” The youth said with his head down.
“Then the hair on your body, did it also emerged after you were injected?”
The youth sorrowfully nodded, “I’ve tried to pull it out, but it would always grow back.”
“How many people did you run away with?”
“That night almost all the people there ran away, but many of those were gunned down, and died while trying to escape. So, those who had escaped shouldn’t be many. However, Brother Ye Bin had certainly successfully escaped, because he is a very intelligent person. I was together with him, but we soon separated because of the chaos.”
“Is, Brother Ye Bin, the person you said who was also Nepalese?”
“Yes, in there, not many were Nepal, in addition to me there were only five people.”
“Who were they? I mean, which country were the people there from?”
“There were seven or eight Vietnamese, more than 10 Chinese, and more than 20 Malaysian. There was also a man with golden hair, I’m guessing he may be American, but Brother Ye Bin said that foreigners looked, almost, all the same. So, even, he couldn’t guess which country the man was from.” With the gradually deepening conversation, the youth talked more and more smoothly.
Although his guess was about the same, but Lei Yin still felt uncomfortable in his heart.
It seemed those people, who were crazily being experimented, are some of the illegal immigrants smuggled into Japan, so they didn’t need to worry about where the body came from, nor did they fear that others would investigate it. But even illegal immigrants that are captured can’t be sent to the lab right away, without the assistance of the government officials, the darkness involved may be going much deeper than he had expected.
However, this matter unexpectedly involved people, regarding this, Lei Yin didn’t know, if he should step in and investigate the matter himself.
The reason being, just like how Jiro had thousands of reasons to die, was because if he stepped in to investigate, even if he was careful, there would still be a chance that his identity would be found. He wasn’t afraid of the people that were going to get him, but that they’ll move in towards his family or friends. This was something Lei Yin didn’t want to see. So, now he needed to find a man who can replace him, and with the use of the power of the Black Dragon behind him, he could conduct an investigation. And at the time he gets the evidence, he could then expose it all through someone.
‘An agent?’ A face suddenly emerged in Lei Yin’s mind.
Seeing Tsukada’s expression, as if he had just attended a funeral, several other police officers laughed gleefully.
“Let me guess, that snow woman scolded you, didn’t she?” Sanada Daisuke grasped his own chin, and asked.
Tsukuda then furiously threw the report, in his hand, onto the table, and then grumbled: “I wonder what that woman ate, recently she has been scolding me almost every day. If this is because she’s on her period, then this is just too long.”
“I had already reminded you, that recently her complexion looks very bad, probably because of a family matter. At this time, you should be careful not to make any mistakes, but you’re always so careless, you should know that she’d even notice little things like, when you read magazine during work.”
“I didn’t imagine that it would be this bad.” Tsukuda said with regret.
“But there’s something I just don’t understand, why does she tell you to investigate a college student named Gennai Masashi. This kid looks like he’s just an ordinary student, more importantly he doesn’t have any criminal record, it’s really strange.” Sanada Daisuke looked at the photos in the report, as he spoke.
“Who know what that woman is thinking. Perhaps she sees something in this guy. Or perhaps, she’s using the guise of work, for her own interest, and help her look up other….” Tsukuda wasn’t able to finish what he was saying, when Sanada Daisuke suddenly patted him hard.
“What?” Tsukuda was a little discontented for being interrupted, but he quickly knew the reason why he did that.
He saw Eiko Kotoshi wearing a black skirt, walking out of her office.
“Battalion Adviser, please take care.” All the police officers immediately saluted to her.
After all the police saluted, she said to them: “You can go back earlier.”
After going out of the criminal department, all of the police officers couldn’t help but relax.
“Why, why is she going early today, she usually works till late at night.” Sanada Daisuke felt it was strange.
“She probably has an appointment; didn’t you see the violet flowers sent for her downstairs?” Another police officer replied.
“I didn’t think that someone would pursue that woman. But why must they send her a violet flower instead of a red rose?”
“How would I know? But to be honest, that woman Eiko Kotoshi is actually pretty good. Out of all the female officers in Tokyo, she’s the most beautiful one, she also had a deadly figure, unfortunately her character isn’t good. Alas.” Sanada Daisuke said while shaking his head.
Several other officers also felt the same, and nodded.
“Eiko, I want to talk to you about something.” As she was eating, Sayaka Kotoshi suddenly said something to Eiko Kotoshi.
“What’s the matter?” Eiko Kotoshi raised her head, and looked at her mother.
The more than 40 year old Sayaka Kotoshi suddenly blushed, and after a moment, said: “Yesterday, Yaetera proposed to me, and I, I don’t know if I should accept or not.”
Hearing her mother’s words, Eiko Kotoshi’s face instantly sank.
“This kind of thing, you decide on your own. I’ve had enough.” With that, the police woman stood up, and walked to her room.
“Eiko….” Sayaka Kotoshi shouted at her, but the Eiko didn’t stop.
After seeing her daughter close the door, Sayaka Kotoshi was at a loss.
And at the same time, on the other side of the door, Eiko Kotoshi was also distressed.
Why mother, why would you marry that kind of unbearably rude man? The policewoman furiously threw the pillow on the ground.
Dad, if you don’t come back, my mother would no longer be your wife.
Eiko Kotoshi looked at the photo on top of her bed, staring at the photo inside the frame, there was a gentle man holding a baby. And next to him, was a young Sayaka Kotoshi.
Actually, deep down in heart, she had always sympathised with her mother for being alone for eight years. Eight entire years… How much of a woman’s life was eight years? A lot that’s how much.
Although she intellectually understood, but she just couldn’t accept her mother with another man, particularly a, huge, uneducate like Yaetera.
Although she urgently wanted to find her father’s whereabouts, but the recent investigation amount to nothing. Looking into the Police Department’s personnel file, she found that there weren’t many people that had the surname “Goyama”, but the total number of people who had that surname exceeded a hundred. After some screening, she only chose the people between the ages of 30 and 60, and then analyzed their information one by one. After that, she divided them once more, which resulted with only 30 people remaining. Among these thirty men, she carefully looked at their information, but she found that they weren’t actually in any especially suspicious place. Moreover, these people lived all across Japan, so it was impossible for her to track them one by one. As a result, her investigation reached a bottleneck.
She even suspected, that the person, whom her father talked to that year, “Goyama” may not at all be in those personnel files.
This wasn’t based on mere speculation, and as far as she knew, from the personnel file in the police force, although it was the most detailed registration system of the population, but that was only the case for public people. For those in high position, it would be nearly impossible to find any information of them.
After so many years, the so-called “Goyama” the chance that he had achieved a higher social class, was very likely.
She urgently wanted to know the truth, but she couldn’t find a single clue, feeling that she was powerless, she felt irritated.
Perhaps I shouldn’t be a police women, but rather run for congress, maybe that would give me access to some inside information. Eiko Kotoshi self-depreciatingly thought.
At this time, she suddenly remembered something, and then took out a card from her pocket.
This card was with the ribbon wrapped around the violet flower sent to her today.
At first, she thought that the flowers were sent to her by one of the men pursuing her, but now that she looked at it, that was an unlikely case. Because there was nothing written on the card, except for an email address. After she asked the person responsible for delivering the flower, she only got to know that the person was a man wearing a suit and sunglasses, so the man wasn’t able to see that man’s appearance.
As these gray particles touched the strewn corpses of Evil Toutous, all blood and flesh was stripped away, leaving only their gray skeletons behind.
The skeletons began surging towards Ayrin and Rinloran as if they were being controlled by invisible hands.
“Death: Return to Bone!”
“This fellow, he’s received some of the Evil Dragon’s Bloodline, and can use Death: Return to Bone!”
Everyone’s expression suddenly changed as they watched this terrifying taboo skill spread across the battlefield.
“You… you dare ruin my dinner!” Ayrin suddenly roared in anger, stunning everyone present.
Anger rippled across Ayrin’s face as arcane particles spewed out from his hands.
“Skunk Devil Summoning!”
An innocent looking striped skunk appeared and dropped from midair.
“Ayrin… you, just how much do you like this arcane skill for it to always be the first skill you use when you are pressured or angered?!”
Black lines abruptly emerged on Rinloran’s face.
“This is the skill you are using?” The two Green Snake arcane masters blankly stared at the striped skunk.
A rainbow colored ring of light blossomed from Ayrin’s body.
“What! How can he know Cocktail Grandmaster Leonardo’s arcane skill?!” the two Green Snake arcane masters shouted in disbelief.
“What is this?”
Ayrin forgot about his two enemies as he watched the striped skunk merge with the rainbow colored ring of light and suddenly distort and melt into a black haze.
He watched as the black haze shot towards the wounded Green Snake arcane master.
The wounded Green Snake arcane master immediately felt something off as he covered his body with a green light.
A cry of terror escaped his lips as the black haze touched the green light around him.
Now that the black haze had come closer, he was able to see that it was in fact composed of many tiny maggots!
And they were devouring the green light surrounding him at an unbelievable speed!
Before he could even react, countless of the little black maggots had already penetrated through the green light around him and reached his body.
The wretched cries of this wounded Green Snake arcane master abruptly stopped.
“Poisonous Devouring Maggots!” the lanky arcane master screamed as he suddenly retreated.
Not even a second had passed, yet there was already only a skeleton left. The black maggots which had burrowed into his body had transformed into moths as they left the body behind and flew off.
“He immediately died?!”
Looks of total disbelief flashed across the faces of Rinloran, Zorn, and the other fighting Shadowfiend Corps members.
“Not bad! Indeed incomprehensible! Always breaking my expectations!” Rui thought to himself from within the domain as he felt the uneasiness in his heart lessen.
“Rinloran, help me clear a path!”
Taking advantage of the shock caused by his one-shot of the wounded Green Snake arcane master, Ayrin immediately charged towards the lanky one, quickly closing the distance between them.
He knew that regardless of how quickly he moved, Rinloran would be able to keep up because Rinloran was faster than him.
A black ring of light immediately surrounded the lanky Green Snake arcane master.
Following the match against Golden Stag Academy, Ayrin had realized why Liszt had gone through so much trouble by fighting Leonardo to provide him with an opportunity to learn ‘Warlock Variation’.
This skill could turn even the most ordinary arcane skills into something extraordinary.
Since then, Ayrin had been searching for someone to try using a higher level skill like ‘Ruin Fetters’ in combination with Warlock Variation on.
However, by the time the black ring of light had fully formed, the lanky Green Snake arcane master had managed to reposition somewhere else.
A black shade taller than a person formed before him. In the blink of an eye, it was already before Ayrin.
But right at this moment, the black ring of light disappeared under the influence of the waves of chaotic arcane energies.
A long black crystal snake silently appeared under the lanky Green Snake arcane master’s feet and abruptly wrapped around him.
Rinloran’s longsword accurately collided with the attacking black shade.
As Rinloran’s longsword penetrated the black shade, he suddenly felt countless strange and terrifying arcane energies flow through his longsword and into his body.
He felt a suction force on the blood within his body as blood abruptly spurted from the pores on his arm and his heart tightened, as if it were being squeezed by an invisible hand and about to be pulled out from his chest.
“Dread Shadowcrystal Snake!”
Upon being wrapped up by the black crystal snake, the lanky Green Snake arcane master subconsciously quaked in fear.
“Seal: Curse of Death!”
Arcane particles surged out from his hands at a speed faster than ever, causing his fingertips to tear.
Ten sheets of light containing domain powers formed and pressed down on the snake around his body.
The black crystal snake quickly disappeared.
At the same time, Rinloran felt arcane particles surge out from his hand, forcefully separating his longsword from his hand.
He coughed out some blood as the pressure within his body lightened and the invisible hand clutching his heart disappeared.
As for the lanky Green Snake arcane master, he let out another wretched cry and then disappeared back into the dense forest.
“You cannot hold back any longer…”
At this moment, the anxiety and unrest in Rui’s heart completely disappeared as an aura which caused even him to tremble suddenly descended upon the battlefield.
“Rinloran, are you alright?”
Ayrin didn’t bother chasing the lanky Green Snake arcane master and instead immediately turned towards Rinloran.
“This… there is still such a powerful enemy in the shadows… I can’t move?”
Both Ayrin and Rinloran froze at this moment.
A terrifying arcane energy fluctuation and horrifying aura caused the both of them to feel as if their bodies had been invaded by an extreme cold and completely frozen. Chapter 239: Black Necromancer Gaia, Rui’s True Ability
Ayrin felt an immense pressure as a domain suddenly descended over the battlefield.
“This bastard! He still won’t reveal himself!”
“Is this fellow trying to directly take control of our bodies?!”
Thoughts frantically passed through Ayrin’s mind as he failed to discern the position of the owner of this terrifying aura. He watched as clusters of black light flew through the sky like crows and the space around him and Rinloran distorted while an ice cold energy pervaded his body.
His arms and legs began moving, but it was not at his behest. As time continued and the ice cold energy of the domain sank further into his body, even his arcane particles fell out of his control. Everything was in the hands of the unseen enemy arcane master.
“I can’t control myself!”
“No, if it continues like this, both Ayrin and I will die!”
Shock flashed through Rinloran’s eyes as his hands began to glow and he uncontrollably reach for Ayrin’s throat.
The difference in strength was just too great. Rinloran was completely unable to resist. He couldn’t even sense his arcane particles anymore.
“Holy Transformation: Four Faces!”
At this most critical junction where it seemed like Ayrin and Rinloran were beyond the point of saving, Rui suddenly chanted an invocation from within the domain which he was sealed in with Black Ripper.
Release That CiV Black Ripper’s expression abruptly changed.
As Rui’s body began to radiate with a bright and holy light, Black Ripper felt his domain quickly melting away as if it were completely unable to resist.
Rui’s figure suddenly changed.
Arcane particles flashed around his head as faces appeared on the side and back of his head.
The appearance of three more faces on Rui’s head didn’t seem strange anyone. Instead, everyone felt awe; it was as if he had undergone a divine transformation and ascended beyond humanity.
Black Ripper suddenly felt pain shoot through his chest. When he blankly lowered his head and looked, he saw a fist sticking through his chest.
Only when blood spurted from his chest and energy began leaving his body did Black Ripper finally awaken from his daze. The image of a four faced Rui was still reflected in his pupils, yet in reality, Rui had long since arrived behind him and pierced through his body with a punch!
In the next moment, before any more thoughts and feelings could run through Black Ripper’s mind, he felt a gentle gust of rippling arcane energy over his chin.
The moment Rui had punched through Black Ripper’s chest, he had used his other hand to wrap around Black Ripper and snatch the green crystal mask off Black Ripper’s face and put it on his own.
Ayrin’s eyes widened in disbelief.
Of Rui’s four faces, the front face wore the green crystal mask.
At the same time, in the space in midair before Ayrin and Rinloran, a human figure with black flames flickering around their body suddenly appeared. Following an extremely rapid invocation, a dusky yellow screen of light appeared in the air and slammed downwards.
The green crystal mask on Rui’s face abruptly began to glow brightly.
His other three faces abruptly slipped off his head and lined up alongside his front face.
The mouths of the four faces simultaneously moved.
“What more trump cards do you have? Use them all,” Lu Hun said with a lofty expression. Even against an opponent like Chen Feng, Lu Hun would not underestimate him. Truth be told, after the few confrontations they’d had, he was already seeing Chen Feng as an opponent at the same level as him, to the point where he had requested the Mysterious Organization’s leader accompany him here as backup. From this, it was clear how cautious he was when facing Chen Feng.
Evidently, he had suffered defeat way too many times at Chen Feng’s hands. On top of that, the method used by Chen Feng to insta-kill the two peak A-class warriors earlier was weighing on his heart as well. No matter what, this was an opponent he could not afford to underestimate.
“…” Instinctively, Chen Feng glanced at the Mysterious Organization’s leader.
“Don’t look at me,” the Mysterious Organization’s leader stated lazily. “I am only here to prevent your escape. Mhm… Brother Lu said that you have a lot of trump cards. Therefore, he needs my assistance here.”
“…” Chen Feng could only smile bitterly as a response. Was there a need for this? He was only a newly advanced small time B-class warrior. Against a small fellow like him, two experts surpassing A class had to be deployed? This was too excessive! Was it truly possible for him to contend against those surpassing A class? If Lu Hun had appeared earlier, when his luck value had still been unlimited, there might have been a chance.
Green radiance started flickering. A weapon condensed in Lu Hun’s hand. A gush of power surpassing A class flickered without stop. Chen Feng’s nerves went taut. As he looked at the faraway Mysterious Organization leader that was maintaining constant vigilance and then looked at the too-small amount of luck value he had, his heart chilled. This time, things were truly becoming troublesome. With this little amount of luck value, he might still be able to escape from Lu Hun alone. But now…
From the dusky sky, raindrops fell without stop. The black drops rained down, seemingly to cleanse everything. When the drops landed on their bodies, they ricocheted down to the ground. Here in this unknown region not far from the Mysterious Organization, an austere mood pervaded the air. Lu Hun’s entire body was enveloped in a layer of green radiance, and his killing intent intensified unendingly. Suddenly, the Mysterious Organization leader stretched his hand out.
“Yi?” With a somewhat odd expression, he looked at the black water on his hand before staring at the sky. “Something seems wrong.”
Lu Hun wasn’t exactly surprised. “What’s up?” The present him was no longer the same extremely egotistical person he’d been when he had first met Chen Feng. The moment he had decided to make a move against Chen Feng, he had already been expecting Chen Feng to do something.
The Mysterious Organization leader frowned. “I keep feeling that something is off.” Suddenly, a black radiance seemed to flash through the sky.
With the black sky as the backdrop, that bizarre dark figure was not visible to the eyes. However, the shaking in the air was something everyone could clearly feel.
Space trembled. Abruptly, the expressions of Lu Hun and the Mysterious Organization leader changed. Their connections… had been severed! Their connections with their main bodies had actually been severed! Presently, far away, at a certain location high above the sky, Lu Hun and the Mysterious Organization leader had unsightly expressions on their faces. A short moment ago, they had lost their connections with their clones. Moreover, the hovering screen used to monitor the scene had vanished as well. They could no longer see anything.
Lu Hun shut both his eyes. “Chen Feng…” A fire was raging in his heart. Every single time he confronted this Chen Feng, some mishap happened! From the first encounter where his wife had absurdly fallen in love with Chen Feng to the subsequent encounters where Chen Feng had escaped him in an absurd manner to transforming into Wang Feng after his “death,” and so on. During all of these incidents, all sorts of random coincidences had happened. This time was no exception despite the fact that he had recruited the help of his junior apprentice brother.
The Mysterious Organization leader pondered before saying, “There’s no need to worry. Even if our connections with our clones has been severed, our clones will still remain at peak A class with a power that slightly surpasses a regular peak A-class warrior. Chen Feng is not a match for the both of our clones. As long as the clones succeed in killing Chen Feng, everything will be settled.” The Mysterious Organization leader was confident.
“Perhaps.” Lu Hun had nothing much to say to that. Due to the many failures in the past, he no longer had any confidence when facing Chen Feng, despite the fact that this Chen Feng was merely a fellow much weaker than him. At this time, in that unknown region where the clones’ connections had been suddenly severed…
Shock appeared in Lu Hun’s eyes. “You are actually capable of this?” Their clones had been created with unique methods, granting them a connection to the thoughts of the main bodies. This was something that couldn’t be blocked. Unexpectedly, Chen Feng was actually capable of totally blocking the connection.
Ah? Chen Feng was dumbfounded. Even he was not aware of what was happening. Was this the aftereffect of his Luck Aura? But then, he had yet to activate his Luck Aura. Could this truly be a coincidence?
“Forget it. Just kill him directly,” the Mysterious Organization leader stated decisively.
Lu Hun nodded. “Mhm.” They could not afford to be disconnected from their main bodies for long.
A bright radiance started shining. The killing attack in Lu Hun’s hand bloomed. Regardless of the tricks employed, they only needed to focus on killing Chen Feng.
Two extremely terrifying radiances bloomed. The frightening attack in Lu Hun’s hand streaked toward Chen Feng. However, right as that attack reached Chen Feng, right before Chen Feng could be killed…
A stuffy sound echoed. Next, his body stiffened. Chapter 425: You Guys Sure Have a Way to Have Fun
Translator: Limostn Editor: Tennesh
He had to kill Chen Feng. This time, Lu Hun had prepared to kill Chen Feng even if it meant destroying his clone in the process. An intent had been planted within this clone the moment it had been created. He was aware of how perverse Chen Feng was. He was also aware that Chen Feng might still possess other trump cards. Therefore, he’d made a lot of preparations and prepared a lot of methods this time. Surprisingly, when his attack was about to land, something still occurred. Moreover, what happened was something totally inconceivable.
A stuffy sound could be heard. Instantly, Lu Hun’s body that had been charging toward Chen Feng went rigid. On his chest, blood blossomed.
Instinctively, Lu Hun turned around. He was under the impression that some terrifying life-form had appeared from the darkness. However, surprising him, when he turned around, a familiar figure entered his sight.
The terrifying power started spreading through his entire body from his chest. At this moment, that clone of Lu Hun’s started collapsing.
“You…” Lu Hun widened his eyes in an unbelieving manner and asked, “How is this possible…”
The clone exploded, dead.
Transforming into countless particles, Lu Hun’s clone dissipated. At this moment, the rain was growing heavier. The pitch-black raindrops landed on the ground without stop. With such a scene as the backdrop, that pitch-black figure behind Lu Hun appeared even more bizarre. Surprisingly, that was actually the Mysterious Organization leader. The diamond on his forehead was shining even brighter now.
Chen Feng was totally stupefied. “The… f*ck?” What had he seen? The Mysterious Organization leader had just killed Lu Hun’s clone? Mhm… blocking their connection before killing the clone?
If so, even Lu Hun’s main body would not be aware of what had happened here. Could this be the works of his Luck Aura as well? Instinctively, Chen Feng checked his Luck Aura. Had Luck Aura gained a new function after upgrading? A function to cause his opponents to fight among themselves? However, when he checked, he noted that no such change existed in his upgraded Luck Aura. His luck value still remained the same as well.
Earlier, during his moment of crisis, Luck Aura had been activated. If it had worked, the luck value would most definitely have gone down, but none had been consumed. It was still the same 1,000 points. In that case… Chen Feng rubbed his skull and wondered if he had coincidentally stumbled upon the inner power struggle of the Mysterious Organization? This was too lucky!
Wait. He pondered deeply again and noted that this wasn’t something worth rejoicing. After this Mysterious Organization leader killed his senior apprentice brother’s clone, he would most certainly not leave an outsider like Chen Feng alive. At this thought, Chen Feng activated his Luck Aura. Since only this leader was left here, he might be able to escape. His gaze started racing around, looking for an opportunity to flee.
With a flicker, the Mysterious Organization leader instantly reached Chen Feng.
Chen Feng’s heart sank and a chill went down his spine. At this moment, though, a familiar yet ancient voice resounded. “What are you running for?”
Instantly, Chen Feng’s body stiffened.
He turned around abruptly. The darkness that was the body of the Mysterious Organization leader solidified and revealed his true appearance, an appearance that had not appeared for a very long time.
Instantly, Chen Feng’s pupils dilated. “Qin Hai!!!” That’s right, this was Qin Hai!
On that familiar face, some additional scars could be seen. This was the face of someone who had gone through the vicissitudes of life, and it appeared somewhat older than before. However, it was still a face Chen Feng was familiar with.
Chen Feng was overjoyed. “It’s really you!” So many years had passed, yet Qin Hai was still alive!
A smile appeared on Qin Hai’s face. “It’s me. It’s indeed me…”
Chen Feng gave Qin Hai a firm hug. “Hey.” Both him and Kong Bai had still been feeling guilty about Qin Hai’s sacrifice, after all. Finding out that Qin Hai was still alive was truly good news! Despite the huge amount of questions he had, he only needed to know that Qin Hai was still alive. That was sufficient.
Qin Hai was aware of what Chen Feng wanted to ask, and he started talking, “For some unknown reason, the Sage suddenly decided to accept me as his disciple. With that, I become a part of the ancient race.”
He paused and glanced at Chen Feng. Based on his guess, this might be related to Chen Feng’s Luck Aura.
Chen Feng smiled. “I am aware of that.” This had already been told to him by Xiong Er. What he had been worried about was Qin Hai’s whereabouts since the ancient race had disappeared. Now that he could see Qin Hai alive and well, he was already satisfied. The true question of his was: “How did Qin Hai stay alive until now?” Even Xiong Er, with his long lifespan, was not able to survive time and had been forced to depart from this world.
A helpless expression appeared on Qin Hai’s face. “Oh… this. It might be related to this.” As he said this, he pointed at the diamond on his head. “This thing was granted by the Sage. From it, I can feel the power of time. The effect of time is greatly weakened on my body with this thing here.”
Chen Feng gasped in admiration. So magical? One had to know that the present Qin Hai merely looked somewhat older than the previous Qin Hai.
Chen Feng’s instinctive reaction was to touch this thing. “Let me take a look.”
“Don’t.” Qin Hai took a step back and stated in a somewhat awkward manner, “Erm, this thing is somewhat sensitive.”
“Fine.” Chen Feng clicked his tongue before saying, “I suppose, in the future, you can try some different positions with Lady Xiao Rou with this new sensitive spot on your body.”
Qin Hai: “…” It has been so many years. Why is this guy still so annoying?
As for Xiao Rou… Qin Hai’s eyes seemed to flicker at the thought of Xiao Rou.
Chen Feng was amazed. “What? You have yet to meet her?”
“I visited her once.” Qin Hai continued in a somewhat embarrassed manner, “Back then, she was still a newborn baby. I held her in my arms and had my face sprayed with her pee.”
“You two are truly a creative couple,” Chen Feng lamented. “Who knows what you did to her back then.”
Qin Hai: “…” He no longer felt like talking to this guy here.
“Let’s go. We can continue catching up after returning. You can go visit Xiao Rou as well.”
Chen Feng was thinking of bringing Qin Hai back. Unexpectedly, Qin Hai’s body did not move.
Chen Feng was curious. “What’s the matter?”
“I can’t.” Qin Hai shook his head, and he stared at the boundless dark sky. “Did you not feel it? Darkness… has descended upon us,” he stated with a trace of vastness and aged wisdom in his voice. No matter what, the present him was ultimately a person surpassing A class, a person who had surpassed his limit and broken through his previous bottleneck all those years ago.
The magnetic voice of Qin Hai echoed, “As the darkness descends, this great land will sink into an everlasting chaos.”
Chen Feng curled his lips. “So? Only those who have joined the diamond club can escape this calamity? I shall let you know that back then I was a VIP member as well!” 1
Worry was plastered all over Qin Hai’s face. He felt like beating this Chen Feng to death.
As he saw the grudging gaze of Qin Hai, Chen Feng admitted defeat. “Fine, fine. Continue your story.”
“I don’t have anything else to say,” Qin Hai grumbled. The atmosphere that he had tried so hard to create had been wiped clean by Chen Feng just like that. What else could he say?
“In short, back then, the Sage predicted that a huge calamity was going to fall and the entire world would sink into chaos. However, he couldn’t figure out the source of the calamity. As such, to avoid the calamity, he decided to start a war at an earlier date to destroy both the barbarians and the devil race. Unexpectedly, when they reached the devil race, he found that the devil race had already been destroyed.”
Chen Feng was surprised. “Destroyed?”
“Yes, destroyed,” Qin Hai stated with a solemn expression. “The Devil King killed off all his clansman, including himself!” Chapter 559: Fire Water Secret Grounds

‘My ultimate technique…Bare Nudeness…!’
Looking at Wan Wujun following the Thunder Trainer King into the academy, Lin Fan suddenly recalled this issue of unparalleled importance!
Why the hell had he bothered leaving Wan Wujun alive till the end?
It was all for that ultimate move, Bare Nudeness!
But now that Wan Wujun had been converted by this Thunder Trainer King, Lin Fan would definitely fight it out with the Thunder Trainer King if he couldn’t get a hold of that ultimate move later on.
Just as Lin Fan was busy contemplating about all this stuff, Fairy Hongyun’s face was completely petrified. Even though she had a wide knowledge about things, this was truly the first time she had encountered a realm like this!
A realm which possessed a consciousness of its own! How could this be possible? And, to think that there would be such a bizarre spirit residing within the realm!
But, little did Fairy Hongyun know that the Thunder Trainer King wasn’t the only spirit that was residing within the realm. There was also the spirit of Biggra, and all sorts of other nonsensical spirits.
This was a bloody strong realm, way too bloody strong!
At this moment, Lin Fan was trying to communicate telepathically with the Thunder Trainer King secretly, for him to hand over that ultimate move, Bare Nudeness.
This time around, the Thunder Trainer King had taken nearly every single benefit there was to it! Even though Lin Fan had killed 5 divine celestial level 1, True state beings, the experience points received were not much.
The thing that Lin Fan was coveting the most was that ultimate move of Wan Wujun.
And many of them were Tian Fa warriors, with a number of strange races experts as well.
This sight that could hardly be seen normally was extremely common right now!
It was as if the lives on both sides were no longer valuable, and everyone suddenly did not care about their lives as much as they thought they would…
In such an intense and merciless war, even the most cowardly soul here would turn into an indomitably courageous warrior!
And right now, the Tian Fa warriors had completely gone insane!
Most of the warriors from the Eagle and Bear army had already consumed their Heaven Reversal Pills!
Their violent nature as Xuan Beasts had already been thoroughly unleashed, and their bloody instincts were fully put to display in this war! There were constantly comrades falling before their eyes and brothers exploding into a rain of flesh and blood in the sky!
Such an intense battle caused everyone to lose their sense of reasoning!
Right now, there was only the enemy in their eyes! They only knew that they had to kill the enemies to take revenge for their fallen brothers!
At the back, the 100,000 strong strange races army had already surged up like a raging tide, riding their strangely shaped horses and barging into this meat grinder of a battlefield. With a force that numbered several tens to a hundred times that of their opponents, they completely drowned the Eagle and Bear army!
The fight with the Supremacy Enduring Heavens was still raging in the sky intensely! The five remaining Tian Fa Saint Venerables were unleashing a deadly battle with the five Supremacy Enduring Heavens.
The over 300 Frenzy Blade Enduring Earths had also plunged into the battlefield, shrieking and roaring fearsomely!
The addition of this group of Frenzy Blade Enduring Earths that was comparable to the Supremacy Enduring Heavens had dealt a huge blow to the Tian Fa army as well as huge amounts of pressure! The balance between the two sides had completely tilted!
Ever since this group of Frenzy Blade Enduring Earths entered the fight, the self detonation rate on the Tian Fa army’s side began to soar higher and higher! Only less than half of the original 6,000 warriors were remaining now!
Yet another thunderous boom rang out in the sky, and the might of the shockwave surged out, causing even the erupting volcanoes to tremble for a moment!
A look of grief appeared on Saint Venerable Lu’s face. Even without looking, just judging by the thunderous sound, he could tell that yet another old brother had left!
And perhaps today, or even the next moment, he would be following right after that old brother’s steps, treading onto the final stretch of his life!
But he believed even more intensely! Whether it was himself, or those old brothers of his and even every warrior below, none of them would feel any regrets!
Because, this was the legacy of Tian Fa that had been for 10,000 years!
This was for Tian Fa!
Not the continent!
Though the body may perish, the spirit shall last forever; never regret!
The Eagle King swooped around the battlefield, his sword dancing madly around him! Although his sword had been made specifically for him by Jun Mo Xie with the Power of Gold, it’d still been grounded to dust long ago from his frenzied hacking. Right now, this sword in his hand was already the fourth weapon he’d exchanged, and he’d already forgotten from whose hands he’d snatched it from!
The Eagle King had also consumed the Heaven Reversal Pill a long time ago! Right now, his body was covered in tens of wounds, many reaching deep to show bone. However, he didn’t seem to feel the pain as he rushed through the enemies madly like an insanely quick shooting star!
Only Big Bear was still swinging that 1,600 jin, ultra heavy long blade around! The only difference was that this blade was now being used as a large hammer! The edges of the blade were already filled with countless chips!
It was as if he didn’t know the word fatigue. That large body of his was like a crane amidst a flock of chickens as he waded through the tide of enemies. The defensive abilities of the Bear Tribe were undoubtedly obvious!
The morale boosting effect of this Bear King was enormous for the Tian Fa army. Whenever a Tian Fa warrior felt exhausted from killing, they only needed to look forward, and they would be able to see the tall body of Big Bear still standing straight, roaring ferociously as if he didn’t know how to be exhausted. Thereafter, everyone would feel an unknown strength rise up from the depths of their bodies!
And so, they would grip their swords and continue fighting, continued slaughtering the strange races!
This effect of the Bear King was something that the other Beast Kings could not imitate!
Because the Bear King was an existence that was born to battle!
That enormous body was as if he was a War God!
This time, none of the Hell Enduring Ghosts or Frenzy Blade Enduring Earths dared to use the Stealth Kills technique! This battle was no longer just a simple War for Seizing the Heavens with individual skirmishes. It was indeed true that the enemy could not see them when they turned invisible; however, their own comrades would similarly not be able to see them either!
On such a battlefield, both sides were already in a state of frenzy from killing, and everyone only had the thought that everyone else apart from themselves was an enemy! If they concealed themselves, they would definitely be unable to avoid the hail of swords, spears, blades, and sabers. That was simply taking their own lives as a joke.
And so, no matter how unwilling they were, they had to abandon the thought of any individual fighting and instead participate in a large scale chaotic battle!
In the air, Saint Venerable Lu dragged his crippled body and charged madly towards the enemy Supremacy Enduring Heavens in front of him. His right leg had already disappeared at an unknown time!
As for who it was that had chopped it off, that was no longer important to Saint Venerable Lu!
The enemy facing him also roared savagely as he pounced forward to meet him!
Thirteen of them had come out together this time to obtain the first major contribution to the war!
A force of 13 Supremacy Enduring Heavens, just what kind of power was this? But to think that they had actually been stopped here by an ambush from Tian Fa’s Saint Venerables!
If it was an ambush by the three Holy Lands, they had complete confidence that they would definitely be able to overcome it. However, although these Tian Fa Saint Venerables were fighting in human form, they were truly a group of Xuan Beasts deep in their bones!
Even before reaching the Saint Venerable realm, a Beast King’s defensive abilities and offensive strength were already much stronger than the humans of those three Holy Lands.
Through this battle, their side’s 13 brothers were only left with two now!
And they were all heavily injured, with greatly diminished strength!
Although they were also only two remaining from the eight Saint Venerables, and they looked even more pathetic than them, these two Supremacy Enduring Heavens still felt like crying though they lacked tears!
Thirteen people against eight, and every single one of them had strength equivalent to two Saint Venerables. In essence, it was a force with three times the strength of their opponent. However, the final result actually turned out like this? Thoughts of a Shawty Wannabe Before they came out, none of them would have ever imagined that such a result would be possible!
Roaring madly, he lunged towards Saint Venerable Lu. Right now, this Supremacy Enduring Heavens could already see that this terrifying old deer was most likely the leader of this Tian Fa army! All these schemes and calculations should most likely be his doing as well!
And because of this hateful wild beast, eleven of his brothers had already been thoroughly destroyed in body and soul! They didn’t even have the chance for a rebirth anymore!
Even if he died, he must drag this detestable old deer down with him!
That lunge of his fell directly into Saint Venerable Lu’s wishes!
Adding in this fellow before him, he’d already killed three Supremacy Enduring Heavens. That was a good enough profit!
Even if he died, he would be at ease!
The two drew closer to each other, both their eyes blazing with determination and madness!
The both of them no longer had any weapons right now. Even a more sturdy weapon would have been destroyed long ago in a clash between Saint Venerable level existences! The both of them were charging at each other with bare fists.
In the instant that the two’s bodies collided, the two of them made the exact same choice-self detonation!
With a thunderous boom, the two’s crashed into each other. Following that, a heaven rending tremor surged out!
The two Saint Venerable experts had chosen to ignite their remaining life force and spirit power! None of them had planned on returning alive. The only thing they were afraid of was that the other party didn’t die. Not even leaving behind the slightest energy to leave a Holy Infant, the most dazzling explosion lit up the sky!
This was the entirety of the two’s soul’s strength, leaving the most glorious spark of brilliance on this world!
A powerful shockwave surged out and within a range of several hundred zhang, even the ground beneath them was swept clean! A full seven, eight thousand, nearly 10,000 people of both sides battling below, were sent flying away like rubber balls. Quite a number of unlucky bastards were directly turned into a lump of blood and flesh, being scattered far away…
“ELDEST BROTHER!!!” Saint Venerable Bear roared with grief, his mind suddenly turning blank!
For 2,000 years, these eight brothers had lived together, fought together, grown up together, ate the Thousand Evils and Ten Thousand Poisons Fruit together, fought in two War for Seizing the Heavens, fought against the Nine Nether Fourteenth Young Master, been sealed into the Nine Nethers Land for many years together…
The eight of them had traversed the mortal world together back when they were young; what manner of glorious affair had it been? And how loud was the fame of the Eight Great Saints of Tian Fa? Who in this world dared to look them in the eye?
If one of the brothers were bullied or suffered any wrongs, the others would surely back him up!
Right now, apart from himself, the other seven brothers had all perished in this war, dying without complete corpses!
From youth till old men, when had they parted? How could they part? They couldn’t bear to part ah!
Even if there’s only the Yellow Springs before my eyes, even if there’s only darkness and emptiness before my eyes, I still want to accompany my brothers!
If anyone dares to bully them, I will still take action! I will use my life to defend them! No matter when, no matter if it’s the physical body, or the soul!
Saint Venerable Bear turned his head and looked resolutely at the only remaining Supremacy Enduring Heavens!
Both his eyes were as red as blood, and his face was twitching insanely.
“Come on then!” Saint Venerable Bear said expressionlessly. “Hurry up! Don’t delay the reunion time of us brothers!” When he mentioned the word brothers, his eyes turned even more fiery. The faces of his seven brothers appeared one after the other before Saint Venerable Bear’s eyes, before dissipating into the distance.
Saint Venerable Bear seemed to be able to sense the departure of his brothers, and an intense pain surged through heart. With a hoarse voice that came from his lungs and throat, he screamed: “WAIT FOR ME!”
That roar was reminiscent of when his brothers pretended to have left him behind back when they were roaming the pugilistic world in the past, the same panic in his voice back then!
It was still the same as last time! Brothers, wait for me! Let’s go together!
No matter what we’re doing! No matter living… or dead! Together! I will leave I Kinda Came to Another World alone for a little to see if anyone wants to pick it up. This is another teaser.

The one I faced in the mansion’s courtyard was my sister.
A perfect existence.
If someone out there were to be completely loved by god, it would probably be someone like her.
(Why did it come to this)
I hold my breath, and gripped the sabre I held in one arm with both of my hands. The tip of it was shaking.
It wasn’t just fatigue. The emotion of fear was also apparent in the blade.
The sabre in my hands was real. My sister’s rapier was real as well. For us to be seriously going at each other with weapons, I never would have thought it sane.
However, the one to propose this duel was, undoubtedly, her.
Wearing a dress, she spoke as she looked at me without any interest.
“Are you still going to continue this, onii-sama?”
While she called me onii-sama now, she usually doesn’t even call my name. ‘You,’ ‘that thing,’ and other such phrases were how she usually referred to me.
But no one in the surroundings ever found fault in that.
She wore an ivory-colored dress and red shoes. Even though we were both exchanging slashes, unlike me, she wasn’t sweating at all.
As if she was going to head off somewhere formal, her outfit was well in order. The rapier that sister held in her hands was an article made by a skilled craftsman.
It was adorned with ornaments, and the hilt was inlaid with a yellow orb. The gem that couldn’t be made anymore in the current era was a special tool that brings forth special Skills.
The rapier it had been inserted into was a Magic Item, a weapon called a Magic Sword. It was a rare good that couldn’t be bought even with a hundred gold coins.
With the sword in hand as a mismatch with her appearance, my sister’s standing figure was in a mess.
This year, she was to turn thirteen. Flowing, golden hair waved on her head. Her figure was, unbefitting of her age, quite voluptuous.
Her blue eyes stared at me coldly.
Chills raced down my spine.
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation asked out of wonder, “What does that mean?”
IChooseDogLeading answered matter-of-factly, “I like failure. It allows me to grow stronger. If failing 10,000 times allows me to progress a centimeter, I would have earned the greatest riches! Conversely, if I were to run now, that would be me losing big.”
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation was stunned. He could not help but recall a similar conversation from his past, with that man who was like a god.
He once asked, “Senior Yaris, why…why do you insist on challenging our teacher even after failing so many times? You should know…that you have no hope at all.”
The man answered him, “It’s because I like failure. It allows me to grow stronger.”
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation lowered his head slightly. An imperceptible smile secretly bloomed under his skull mask.
So that was the reason.
The answer was actually as simple as that.
“Entering the final countdown. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1-Battle begins!”
The moment the system’s voice finished speaking, OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation suddenly looked up. He straightened his right arm and pulled the trigger!
A gunshot rang!
“The battle is over. OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation wins. Time used 1 second.”
One second, that was OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation’s final question.
“Player IChooseDogLeading is ready. Do you want to begin the match?”
IChooseDogLeading only used half a second to choose to continue once again.
Half a second. That was his answer from the very beginning.
Author’s Note: Damn it, don’t you hate smurfs while playing games? Hehe, what would be your choice when you meet a smurf?
1. Since this is a modern world, and they are playing a game, modern slang is used. A ‘smurf’ is a (usually) experienced gamer posing as a newbie under an alternate name. Chapter 66: You should become such a Crab!
The hundredth headshot, the hundredth drawing and holstering, the hundredth victory without any suspense was followed by the 101th time of hearing the system say, “Player IChooseDogLeading is ready. Do you want to begin the match?”
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation was tired, but he had also eased up.
“You have used a hundred defeats to win my respect.”
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation gave a wry laugh. As he looked at the figure moving around using his ridiculous Crab Steps in an attempt to dodge his bullets, he did not immediately lift his Explosive Spirit Rifle. Instead, he said loudly, “Are you an idiot? Don’t you know how to use fake moves? By using Crab Steps every time in such a habitual manner, are you afraid others can’t anticipate your motion’s trajectory? Can you be any more dumb?”
The harsh diatribe caused Shi Xiaobai’s figure to pause for a moment, but it only paused for half a second before he carried on using his Crab Steps. This time, Shi Xiaobai’s motions were clearly extremely stiff, as though he was attempting to resist moving in a habitual manner and fake his motions, but it ended up looking inept and appeared rather jerky.
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation shook his head and then lifted the gun in his hand.
A gunshot rang, and Shi Xiaobai fell to the ground as though it was in response to it. The system’s announcing the end of the match rang immediately after that.
Accompanying that was OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation’s fury abuse.
“Use your left foot as your right foot, understand? Do not keep reminding yourself to make fake moves. If you can’t even fool yourself, how can you fool others? Fake moves are not moves that you deliberately do. You must fool your opponent, making him think that your fake move is a real move. If you can’t even create confusion by passing off the spurious as genuine, how do you become stronger?”
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation sneered, “Claims of weaklings always sound good, but the reason why weaklings are weaklings is because they only know how to talk.”
Shi Xiaobai did not retort, he only shouted, “Again!”
The 133rd battle.
This was the first time OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation did something different when he pulled the trigger. It was because Shi Xiaobai’s fake move nearly fooled him.
Although it was the same headshot as before, he took six seconds to end this battle.
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation was stunned for a few moments before he shouted loudly once again, “Crab Steps is not just simple jumping from left to right. It’s not some exercise for the masses! The key is to constantly vary your speed. Do you understand? Accelerate, decelerate, the variability in speed. You are not dancing, there is no rhythm, nor should there be one. You must trust your heartbeat. When your heart beats faster, you must change your speed, doing a sudden explosive move, or suddenly stop. From the fastest to the slowest, you must become an emotionally irritable but calm crab, do you understand? You idiot!”
Shi Xiaobai dazed for a few seconds before taking a deep breath and said loudly, “Again!”
The 212nd battle.
This time, OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation took more than ten seconds to lock onto Shi Xiaobai’s figure. The crab’s constant fake moves and its variable speed made him hesitate for the first time.
This was because when Shi Xiaobai made an action to jump to the left, his body could very well move to the right. When he retracted his right foot, his left foot would tap the ground in the opposite direction, finally succeeding in the stiff motion of moving in the opposite direction.
When his movement speed was extremely fast, he could suddenly stop the very next second, surprising his opponent. When he was jumping at a slow and relaxed pace, his opponent might think that he had locked onto his trajectory, but Shi Xiaobai would suddenly burst forward with an astounding acceleration. It was like a loach that fled from one’s grasp.
Without a doubt, Shi Xiaobai’s improvement was progressing at an extremely fast pace.
However OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation still felt that it was far from enough.
“Compared to that man, it’s still a great distance away.”
Comparing this guy who was at the third level of the Psionic Mortal Realm with that god-like man was itself a ridiculous matter, but for some reason, OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation found it a natural comparison.
Perhaps it was because they used the same Crab Steps, or perhaps it was because they said the same words?
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation did not know the answer because the answer was buried deep in his heart, so deep that he could not see it for himself. He only knew…that he had to do it this way!
After he caught the instance of regularity, and judged the stiffness at the next moment, he made his shot.
Once again, Shi Xiaobai had his head exploded.
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation immediately said loudly, “You must become a twisted crab. It’s not only footwork. Your body, your bones, your every cell needs to know how to twist and change. The essence of Crab Steps is not to repeat lateral jumps or lateral movement. It is about its freedom, how it is completely unrestricted! Do not be afraid of its funny and ridiculous moves because Crab Steps itself is ridiculous enough! Discard all your emotions of embarrassment. As long as you can dodge an attack, do that humiliating action for me!”
Once again, Shi Xiaobai fell into a moment of silence before he said solemnly, “Again!”
The 356th time.
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation said, “Create an illusion of step distance and movement distance, do you understand? Only an idiot would maintain a fixed distance between their footsteps! True Crab Steps might take a small step, but can travel dozens of meters. Maybe the legs might open widely, but the body would only move a few centimeters! You must know how to use your Psionic Power. Your movement is not reliant on your feet but your Psionic Power. The timing of the release of your Psionic Power, the magnitude and the duration of it determines the distance you travel. And your body should not do an instinctive response to this distance. Discard that darn instinct of yours, you pig!”
Shi Xiaobai shouted once again, “Again!”
The 510th time.
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation said, “Turning, moving laterally, moving backwards, moving forwards, these motions are your most important weapons, but they should not be abused. You must use it at the most critical moment. Crab Steps are not rigid left and right motions. Also, what about your shield? Are you dumb? Dodging isn’t the complete avoidance of an attack. At times, grasping the weakest point of an attack and defending against it is also considered dodging! Do you understand? True defense is shielding as well as dodging! It has already been more than 500 rounds, yet you haven’t realized this. You hopeless fool!”
Shi Xiaobai shouted once again, “Again!”
Perhaps it was the 800th time or it might have exceeded a thousand, or maybe…
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation was already too lazy to count. He had also turned silent for a very long time. This was because he no longer had anything he could teach Shi Xiaobai. He had previously analyzed that god-like man’s Crab Steps like a madman, but all he had was theorycraft. And today, Shi Xiaobai had managed to put his theorycraft into action after failure after failure. However, he was still tender and weak.
But many of OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation’s firsts had been claimed by Shi Xiaobai.
The first time he took more than 20 seconds to end a battle.
The first time he ended the battle after a gap of 100 meters was achieved.
The first time he could not be bothered to holster his rifle after winning.
The first time he was forced to use gun offensive skills by a child at the third level of the Psionic Mortal Realm.
The first time…
The first time OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation learned that this world truly had such a fool. The fool endured more than a thousand times of failure, accepting relentless diatribes, so as to resolutely march towards his goal.
The fool was constantly changing, constantly becoming stronger and constantly surpassing himself.
“This is their answer. From the beginning to the end, that firm and resolute answer.”
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation had this thought in mind as he lifted his arm, prepared to end this match.
Suddenly, he was surprised. This was because he actually failed to completely lock onto the crab’s trajectory.
A small step traversed more than a dozen meters.
A big step was taken but he retreated by a few centimeters.
Acceleration, deceleration, the fake movements of jumping left and right, his body moving forward and backwards, even to the point of his body twisting into distorted postures.
And the most surprising thing was that extremely solid Wavelet Shield that was the size of a small medal. The shield would occasionally appear, materializing and dissipating, as though it could appear in front of the bullet at any time.
Shi Xiaobai’s figure suddenly moved to a distance just dozens of meters away from him during his moment of hesitation.
This distance was very dangerous.
For OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation, it was very dangerous.
But for Shi Xiaobai, it was even more dangerous!
This was because the closer the distance, the harder it was to dodge. He was facing an assault rifle that was adept at shooting in close range!
A gunshot rang.
The bullet finally managed to catch the fleeing Shi Xiaobai, and followed closely behind his figure like a maggot in a tarsal bone.
The bullet was blocked by a thick Wavelet Shield, but the bullet was a C Class offensive skill “Wraith Bullet”. It instantly pierced through the shield, penetrating Shi Xiaobai’s head.
“You are improving very fast, but you are still somewhat lacking.”
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation sighed. Suddenly his pupils constricted violently. This was because he did not hear the system announcing the end of the match!
The battle was not over!
Upon realizing this, OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation immediately looked up. He saw the Shi Xiaobai with the headshot melt away under the sunlight, while the sound of a series of quickened footsteps came from his right. He turned to see Shi Xiaobai using Crab Steps about to reach his side.
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation exclaimed in surprise. This guy actually managed to figure out Crab Phantom Image himself!? He subconsciously raised his hand to shoot again. At this distance, even if Shi Xiaobai had grasped phantom image evasion, it was impossible for him to dodge his Wraith bullet.
This AK Explosive Spirit Rifle was an assault rifle best for closed quarters combat.
“Some people are destined to succeed because they can tolerate the countless failures. They are able to endure hardship to obtain success amidst failure.”
OneHeadShotWithoutExplanation sighed. Against a young guy who was at the third level of the Psionic Mortal Realm, not being able to shoot him in the head with a single shot was his failure. That was a thorough and irrefutable defeat.
The black-dressed elder knew deeply that he was absolutely no match for Lin Xintong.
In a warrior’s world, the strong were respected. Under such circumstances, the second chair was only right for Lin Xintong.
How would he have the guts to compete with Lin Xintong? Without strength, if he were to bite the bullet and fight Lin Xintong over the seat, even members of the Human race would think that he was not qualified.
Hence, he could only watch helplessly as Lin Xintong calmly sat beside Yi Yun.
The black-dressed elder’s face had turned completely black.
At this moment, Cang Yan and company, who had witnessed all of this not far away, finally understood one thing thoroughly. It was a matter that seemed completely unimaginable and unbelievable.
That was that Yi Yun and Lin Xintong had extraordinary status. Even their strength, for some particular reason, had reached the peak of the standards of the Tian Yuan world!
Yi Yun and Lin Xintong had not only been given Empyreal King titles already, and they were amongst the cream of the crop amongst Empyreal Kings. In front of the two of them, the black-dressed elder could not even bring himself to make a fuss.
Just as the black-dressed elder was feeling extremely embarrassed, the former Desolate Queen gestured to a Desolate race soldier, who slowly brought a second chair over.
This chair was only placed at a corner by the meeting table.
The Strongest Shinobi “Mystic Tiger Immortal, you don’t mind sitting over there, right?” The former Desolate Queen said nonchalantly.
There was a lazy and derisive smile hanging on her face. Mystic Tiger was the black-dressed elder’s title. It was obtained from the form of his Aspect Totem.
The former Desolate Queen did not have a good impression of this black-dressed old man.
The black-dressed elder grunted. He was about to flick his sleeves to leave, but he knew that if he were to leave in a fit at this moment, it was even more shameful. Besides, the negotiations between the Human and Desolate race were not over.
He could only endure the grievance that he had and sit down. However, he no longer had the formidable stance to break out his Aspect Totem.
“Mystic Tiger. Don’t mind it. We are now more vulnerable. So what if we let them be all high and mighty at this meeting. Besides, the Black-armored Demon God is about to arrive soon. Jiang Xiaorou has been locked on to by the Black-armored Demon God, and she basically has her name struck off from the Book of Life and Death. So how long can the Desolate race remain haughty? Besides, would that Yi Yun ignore Jiang Xiaorou? If he doesn’t, I want to see how he protects her!”
While the black-dressed elder was feeling aggrieved, a Yuan Qi transmission echoed in his ears.
The person who transmitted the voice was another Tian Yuan Elder Consortium member.
More than half a year ago, Yi Yun had been invited to Greatsword Mountain, and he had witnessed Yi Yun’s strength. He naturally did not wish Yi Yun, who would easily be in control of his life, to mature.
Mystic Tiger snorted and transmitted his voice, saying, “You are right. I want to see how much longer they can remain haughty. That Desolate race witch girl won’t be able to live past the next few days. If only the Desolate race and Yi Yun would perish together!”
As Mystic Tiger had such thoughts, he hatefully glanced at Yi Yun. If Yi Yun perished in an internecine struggle, Yi Yun, the Desolate race and the Black-armored Demon God would all be destroyed in one go. It would be a joyous occasion.
Of course, he was only thinking. He knew very well that the Black-armored Demon God’s strength was tremendously strong. It would be nearly impossible for Yi Yun and the Desolate race to perish together with him.
Yi Yun could sense Mystic Tiger’s animosity. After gaining Dao-enlightenment in the Pure Yang Sword Palace, Yi Yun felt that everything around him was in his control. He did not even need to look over with his eyes.
“Young master Yi, ever since our separation at Greatsword Mountain, it has been less than ten months. Yet to meet Young master Yi today again, your strength have improved once again. It’s really unbelievable.” The Sanctuary Island’s Island Lord spoke to Yi Yun politely.
As Yi Yun conversed happily with the Sanctuary Island couple, he engaged in a voice transmission with Jiang Xiaorou.
He had to understand the background of the negotiations. In a few words, Jiang Xiaorou had told him everything that had happened.
When he heard that Jiang Xiaorou was being locked onto by the Black-armored Demon God, Yi Yun’s heart tightened. “Sis Xiaorou, why is the Black-armored Demon God locking onto you?”
“I do not know either.” Jiang Xiaorou sighed. She felt her own existence brought the Desolate race and Yi Yun a great deal of trouble.
For Yi Yun to arrive in the remote mountains now, Jiang Xiaorou inevitably felt happy, but she also felt even more worried.
Back when the Black-armored Demon God invaded the Desolate race’s headquarters, they had only managed to escape with the Sacred Spirit’s resistance.
Back then, Jiang Xiaorou had left a message to Yi Yun before evacuating, telling Yi Yun their direction of escape.
But following that, the situation had changed. The Black-armored Demon God followed closely behind and it had locked onto Jiang Xiaorou. This caused the Desolate race to begin their second escape. At that moment, Jiang Xiaorou did not wish for Yi Yun to be in the remote mountains.
Up to now, Jiang Xiaorou could faintly feel the Black-armored Demon God’s vague spiritual lock onto her. Maybe in the next second, the Black-armored Demon God would suddenly arrive!
The Human race could also sense that the Black-armored Demon God’s next attack would happen in the very near future. Hence, their negotiations with the Desolate race had turned so intense.
The Human race had no way to request the Desolate race to do anything for them, but it was not like the Human race did not have anything. Chapter 713: Shepherd Boy’s Compromise
The Human race gathered in the remote mountains were quite a force to be reckoned. If the Human race could aid the Desolate race, then there might be a slim chance for the Desolate race to resist against the Black-armored Demon God, and turn the tables.
For a group of weaklings to face a mighty force was analogous to a herd of sheep resisting a tiger. Under normal circumstances, no matter how many sheep went forward, they would all end up dead. The differences between the two was an insurmountable gap. It was not something that volume could make up for.
The Human and Desolate races were in a similar situation against the Black-armored Demon God.
In a direct clash between a herd of sheep with a tiger, they were bound to fail!
The only thing that could narrow the gap between the two was to gather the weaklings’ powers together, and that was with an array formation!
With a top array formation technique, the sheep’s energy could be gathered together, causing harm to the tiger.
In the field of formation arrays, the Human race had a greater attainment in it than the Desolate race.
The Desolate race was adept at controlling desolate beasts, while the Human race had greater attainment in alchemy and array formations. Besides, they had a Cosmic Infinite Array, whose level in array formation refinement far exceeded the the Tian Yuan world’s Human race’s standards.
The Cosmic Infinite Array came from Blood Moon, and it was an array formation passed down since ancient times.
In its most powerful form, it needed eight Empyreal Kings and 64 Sages to control it.
Once it was activated, it could stir the cosmos and cause disturbance in the Yin and Yang!
In the Divine Wilderness, the Human race had once used the Cosmic Infinite Array against the Black-armored Demon God by activating it with five top Human race powerhouses. Although it failed to injure the Black-armored Demon God, it had managed to trap the Black-armored Demon God for a period of time, saving the lives of the factions’ elites.
The Desolate race craved this array formation greatly!
Without the array formation, a group of unfocused Desolate race experts entering a head on clash with the Black-armored Demon God would just be charging to their deaths.
Open a Clinic to Cultivate Myself However, how could the Human race agree to the Desolate race’s request?
This Cosmic Infinite Array contained very profound and intricate nomological Dao runes. To produce a replica? Difficult!
Especially with the Black-armored Demon God running amok, it became even more important.
This array was the crutch that the Human race was relying on to resist the Black-armored Demon God, so how would they be willing to hand it over to the Desolate race?
The Desolate race suggested that they were willing to send a Desolate race Empyreal King and a Primordial True Spirit to send the Human race out of the remote mountains, and ensure their safety. And this array formation was just to be borrowed.
But even so, the Human race scoffed at it. Borrow it? What if the array flags and array disks were destroyed by the Black-armored Demon God?
By leaving behind the Cosmic Infinite Array, that was equivalent to handing over the sharpest knife in their hands. Ignoring their future clashes with the Black-armored Demon God, this would cause the Human race to lack the ability to resist the Desolate race as well.
Hence, there was a conflict surrounding the terms and conditions.
Against the Black-armored Demon God’s battle, regardless of the outcome, the Desolate race would make the greatest sacrifice. As for the Black-armored Demon God, it was not only the enemy of the Desolate race, but also the enemy of the Human race.
The former Desolate Queen could imagine how when they were fighting the Black-armored Demon God to the death, the Human race would be hiding by the side watching the fight in a joyous manner. They would look forward to such a battle, hoping that the Desolate race would destroy the Black-armored Demon God, while losing all the elites in their race.
The former Desolate Queen knew about the Human race’s thoughts, so how could she just watch her own people die for the Human race?
They were Desolate race. For their mission, honor or Jiang Xiaorou, they could fight to the death, but why should the Desolate race sacrifice for the benefit of the Human race? There was even the possibility of them taking the opportunity to wipe out the Desolate race after a victorious battle.
The Tian Yuan world’s Cosmic Infinite Array was the terms proposed by the former Desolate Queen.
The Human race could leave, and the Desolate race would send Empyreal Kings to escort them, so as to ensure the safety of the Human race, but the Cosmic Infinite Array had to be left behind.
The intense disagreement resulted in the legendary human figures springing back. They were at an impasse, because the legendary human figures proposed even more conditions for exchange.
And these conditions were things that the Desolate race could not accept.
What the Human race needed now most was combat strength, so as to ensure that they would survive.
They suggested that three Desolate race Empyreal Kings should control three Primordial True Spirits to fight for the Human race.
To bind these Desolate race Empyreal Kings, a soul contract was naturally needed. And this was not just any ordinary soul contract. It was the most overbearing kind that was as close to a slave contract, which could control one’s thoughts.
Only with such a contract would the Human race feel assured, or the conditions would become empty clauses.
With three Desolate race Empyreal Kings and three Primordial True Spirits, it was equivalent to the joining of three Empyreal King level experts. It could barely make up their loses. Their array refinement masters were also studying the Cosmic Infinite Array. In the future, they might be able to make a replica. Although it would not be as powerful as the original one, they might be able to set up a few and use them.
And this condition had annoyed the Desolate race. Be it the Desolate race or the Human race, an Empyreal King was a mighty figure that stood up high, being able to rule over a race’s destiny.
So to let an Empyreal King be a slave?
That was an insult!
Besides, by losing three Empyreal Kings and three Primordial True Spirits, it would result in it being a much more difficult battle against the Black-armored Demon God.
So how could the Desolate race agree to it?
What made the Desolate race and the former Desolate Queen unable to accept and be infuriated was that amongst the three Empyreal Kings that the Human race requested to be enslaved, Shepherd Boy’s name was top on the list!
They actually had their sights on Shepherd Boy!
Shepherd Boy was a supernatural existence amongst the Desolate race, second to the Desolate Queen. He was extremely loyal and he had fought the Tian Yuan world for the Desolate race and retrieved Jiang Xiaorou. He had great achievements in battle with all sorts of honors bestowed to him.
Be it the members of the Desolate race, the former Desolate Queen or Jiang Xiaorou, they did not treat Shepherd Boy as an ordinary member of the Desolate race.
Even externally, to the humans, Shepherd Boy’s name was extremely famous.
By listing Shepherd Boy, the Human race clearly did not only covet Shepherd Boy’s strength, they also had the intention to seek revenge!
By letting the extremely proud Shepherd Boy become their slave was more tormentous than killing him.
The former Desolate Queen flatly rejected this request.
However, the Human race’s response was extremely adamant. By not agreeing to this request, there was no need for the discussion of the array disk.
At the beginning of the dispute, Shepherd Boy had remained silent, listening to the debates from both sides.
He had lived for a very long time. He had seen how numerous people had looked at him with gazes filled with hate or fear. There was once that he was the representation of the Desolate race amongst the Human race. He was terrifying, powerful and unsympathetic.
Such a Shepherd Boy, be it himself, or others, would never believe that he would be willing to be a slave.
But now, after the debate went on for an hour, to the point of a complete breakdown in negotiations, Shepherd Boy suddenly stood up.
He minced his words clearly and said, “Only I alone will sign the contract, and I will fight for you for a thousand years.”
He did not say much, but the words that Shepherd Boy said were not something that simple.
Shepherd Boy had bowed down.
With the existence of a foreign enemy, the Desolate race could not destroy the Human race who had the Cosmic Infinite Array, so as to rob them of the array disks. Then… the only way was to compromise.
For a Desolate race Empyreal King like Shepherd Boy, who treated his honor like his life, he would rather die in a glorious battle than sign a enslaving contract, becoming a puppet of the Human race.
But now, for Jiang Xiaorou and for his race, this was the first time Shepherd Boy had lowered his proud head in more than tens of thousands of years. He had to endure such a great humiliation.
Jiang Xiaorou and the former Desolate Queen had mixed emotions to Shepherd Boy’s yielding. This pain was indescribable.
However, the Human race did not appreciate the Shepherd Boy’s sacrifice.
This was because just Shepherd Boy’s combat power alone was not worthy enough for a Cosmic Infinite Array that could gather the Human race’s Empyreal King’s powers.
At this moment, the former Desolate Queen had reached her limits and she was on the brink of flaring up.
As for the Human race, they did not wish to be outdone. Mystic Tiger Immortal suddenly released his Aspect Totem, pitting himself against the Desolate race!
